Honestly, there’s nothing like ‘overuse’ here. If I paid for a service, I’m simply getting my money’s worth. Nobody is doing anyone a favour ,I paid for it.
If you advertise something as unlimited, then it should be unlimited. You can’t say unlimited and still introduce hidden limits after 1TB, then start throttling from 50Mbps down to 2Mbps for the rest of the month. That’s not really unlimited.
And let’s be real, 1TB of data in this time isn’t even something outrageous. Between streaming, Gaming , downloads, Remote work, and all that, it’s very easy to reach.
Sometimes the way these things are framed in Nigeria makes it sound like users are the problem for actually using what they paid for, when in reality, it’s just a fair expectation of service.
