These OAKEN incubators are sold by an individual in the uk, not a genuine company. They are manufactured in china not the UK. They do not conform to uk standards, are very poorly made and prone to regular breakdowns.
If you want to buy the exact same product they are available direct from Alibaba and will be very much cheaper but the same poor quality
