on that your profile, you should see job search tab. you can search for the job and click on apply.

if it is showing application closed, check your browser history and search for "profile cockpit" or search "cockpit" or search for a link that looks similar to the one that you used in filling your profile details, then click on it, it should automatically load your profile and then see where to apply
This is much easier and even better.

Tried the cockpit stuff and it worked.

Thank you for helping out and making it easy.

Seen. Still not sure having an account with them prior to this recruitment offers any real advantage though. But yeah I now get the point you were trying to make
Wahala. It's obvious you still didn't get it but it's alright. No need to stress it

They may have started "early" but there's absolutely NO difference between someone who applied on November 1 and someone who applied at 11pm on November 21. As long as your docs get in before the deadline everyone is viewed as applying on time.

You actually missed the point. Kindly take a look at the post the other person quoted.

if you (Ronzy) started registration by 9am on 2nd November, 2022 and someone else (Wokzy) started by 5pm on same day, did you start your registration early?

Is the exercise over?

The application is still on.

There's a way around this sha but I think it's for people that started the application process early. I guess. I'm not sure.

If you started your application early, check your history and just try to see if you can find the link you used when it was working. Click on it then continue from there.

Because I saw this a few times and I was able to submit my application about an hour ago.

The application process is quite stressful.

I've been viewing this topic as a guest. I finally opened an account and I'm able to post here. I'm also part of the GT Saro Africa 2022 recruitment. I've done my third interview with Saro Africa directors nd it's a 70:30 situation. I'm trusting in my God for a positive outcome too. I have questions I've been wanting to ask people here. Will Saro Africa call everyone who was part of the directors interview for the interview with the GMD?

Omo I'm in same shoes o. I don't know if they'll call everybody. I just want to be positive about everything.

I'm really praying for final interview mail to drop for me. I'm always refreshing my mail lol. If it doesn't drop, I'll move on. If it drops, perfect. I really pray I receive a mail.

Final interview mails might drop today sha. I'm not sure. If someone knows anyone at Saroafrica that can give us update, please help us get update biko - on both third level mails for people that are still waiting for it. And final interview mails for people that have done their third level interview. This place has been silent for days.

And that's true, were you guys able to reach out to the HR personnel?

Good luck to everyone as we await good news. It will end in praise.

I also called one of the HR the one that invited me for 2nd level interview, but with the way she sounded it's seems she is not around maybe she is on leave or something.

she told me she does not know much about the recruitment process that she will text her colleague and get back to me that was on Friday though..

Can someone else be kind enough to call the HR? I believe if one person keeps on calling them, it may come off as disturbance or desperation. And I don't think anyone wants that.

Ibitope:
Good evening folks, good to be here. Concerning the Saro Africa recruitment. I recently had four (4) virtual interviews with Saro Africa; IT Experienced role and not GT this time.

The first was a group Teams interview with the HR, two of the board of directors and a guy (external consultant) who interviewed me based on my professional qualifications on September 16, 2022.

The second interview was a one-on-one Zoom chat with one of the Executive Directors (A woman) on September 22, 2022.

The third interview was also a one-on-one Teams chat with another Executive Director (A man) on September 27, 2022.

The fourth interview was also a one-on-one Teams chat with the General Managing Director on September 30, 2022.

The 2nd to 4th chat was based on knowing my availability for the job, asked if I was married, asked if I live in the provisional accommodation at my current place of work, e.t.c.

Up until now I haven't heard from them.
I contacted the hr twice but told me that I should be patient as there would be feedback. Last week Friday made it 3 weeks after I had the fourth interview but no update since then.

I am being careful of frequent contacts in order not to see me as a desperate candidate.

My question is should I just move on or still hold on? Or do you think there is still hope?

I'm only just anxious having gone this far in the interview sessions but I believe God knows best and am still trusting in Him.

Thanks folks and God bless you all.

Hello Ibitope and good morning. Looking at your dates, your four interviews were done in 2 weeks. Wawu! That's a record.

I believe since you've done the chat with the MD, the next stage is medicals. And from what I read here, it takes a while before people are called for medicals. So yea, don't lose hope. Still hold on. They'll get back to you, I believe.

Keep on putting your trust in God. It will end in praise.

Congratulations in advance! And just so you know, I'm the first to congratulate you wink

Good luck.

Hello everyone.

Hi Alienist, thanks for the updates through email. I joined Nairaland last week and I can now finally reply to people's messages and contribute to the thread.

I am also in the Saro Africa Recruitment process for Graduate Trainee and I am yet to get my 3rd level interview invite also. I studied Agriculture and I did my 2nd level interview on the 28th of September

I also called the HR officer that invited and rescheduled me for my 2nd level interview for update and he said that I am going to get an invite for 3rd level interview soon. This happened on 19th October, last week Wednesday

I have actually grown a little bit impatient to be honest but like you guys have all said, we just have to hope and pray. Let's keep being positive and believe that not only will we be called for the 3rd and 4th interviews but we will also get our offer letters.

Also, for does of us that haven't been called, I would love to suggest that one other person should call HR tomorrow and calmly ask for an update. That way we can know what is happening. (I would have love to call but my parents are advising against me calling frequently). So, if you haven't spoken to HR, please call them tomorrow.

Thank you

Good luck to us all.
You're welcome. And good luck.

Alright thank you. I'll take it that only people in the Arts field have done their third level interview.

For everyone who's in the Science field, please be hopeful. It will end in praise.

By the grace of God, we'll all get offer letters

Good luck to each and everyone of us here.

Hello.

Going through this thread, two people who are yet to get the third level mail invite are in the Sciences and one other person not here is also in the Sciences (Agric).

I'm not in the Science field and I know of someone who got a third level mail but he's also not in the Science field.

In my opinion, I don't think people in the Science field have started receiving invites (I might be wrong) so I'd appreciate if the people who applied for the Graduate Trainee position and got third level mail invites can confirm if they're in the Arts or Science field.

Thank you

I'll drop an update on the second part of my third level interview later today. Let me prepare myself

I did the second part of my third level interview today. It was less than 10 minutes. Didn't check the duration. I think I was the one who extended the time with my plenty plenty answers, else it would have been 2 minutes pere lol.

This was the interview I thought would be flawless for me (it's my best interview so far sha) but I was asked a question I never expected. I answered the question sha but I don't know if I answered it to the interviewer's satisfaction.

I do not know how Saroafrica's interview process works because I didn't really answer the questions in the first part of my third level interview well. So I can't really say if I'll make it to the final interview stage. But then again, who knows? I'm hopeful and also positive that it will end in praise. I really do not have much to do at this point, but pray. So yes, I'll make it to the final interview stage and also get my offer letter. In Jesus name. Amen.
If final stage interview mails start dropping and I don't get a mail (God forbid), I'll move on. But I'll get a mail in Jesus name. Amen. So yea, I no dey move go anywhere

Good luck to every single one of us here. It will end in praise for all of us.
