I'm not a lawyer, but the fact that you recorded or took images of minors (less than 18) engaging in real or simulated sexual activities means you are in possession of child pornography. This is a serious crime and something that can put people in prison for a long time, especially in the west.

Some people are so quick to bring out their phones and start snapping pictures of people in compromising situations without their consent, which is bad and unlawful, and can cause long-lasting damages than the initial crimes they may have committed.


How sure are you that nobody has accidentally come across those videos of the secondary school students on your phone?

You can see people already urging you to post the proofs here, it's certainly something some idiots would want to watch just for the sake of it.

And that's why I have to question your motive of recording their activities as "proof". Proof for whom exactly? It's only the internet that needs proof in this particular case - certainly not a 50 year old plus principal who have probably seen or heard it all.

Or you think the idea of teenagers staying back after school to mess around is so unbelievable?

I think the part you said they know such things do happen is true.
There's actually no need to give proof, will just find a way to report to any teacher and if they refuse to handle it, it's their business.

I know it's wrong snapping them and that's why I encrypted and hide it in a hidden folder so no one sees it or leak it.
That's also why I'm not quick to sending it even to the school authority.
Will just delete it and report with mouth to the school and leave everything to them.

Some of us then wished we had opportunity to do similar in school but there was none given due to the strictness of the school teachers, and i must confess that the lack of opportunities helped some of us a lot because those that went into such life are still regretting the consequences till now.

So foolishness abound in the heart of a child but the rode of correction is needed to drive it away and the child will thank you when he/she grows.

Truth is you can hardly stop all this spoilt kids, they probably do worse at home.
But it's bad to do such within the school and in school uniform.
Also the bad influence it will bring when more people join in it.

At least the school should remove the opportunity of misbehaving within the school and leave the rest to the parents.

Just that no matter how i try to avoid it, I will keep seeing them since I can't change my home office because of them, and I just feel pity for them because it can destroy their life, especially the ladies. ( I have a daughter and I will be happy if someone will correct my daughter if she's wrong too).

They say, See something, say something but Nigeria can be a very funny country.

Lots of kids of this platform saying stuffs without thinking.

I don't think the letter thing will not work.
I don't want to be directly involved just incase it wasn't handle well and it's traced back to me.

I think getting the principal contact secretly will be the best but don't know how to do that yet

You can walk up to the principal of the school and explain everything to him with evidence. The principal should know what action to take from there.

I don't want to show myself abeg, if the school didn't handle it well, they will blame me later

Write a letter (anonymously) to the school management, letting them know that a lot of immoral activities is going on after the school has close by some students. Advice them to let their security men make sure ALL the students leaves the School premises after the closing hours.

You can even threaten them that if measures is not being taken to avoid such, you would write to the state ministry of education (anonymously) with evidence.

Thank you but I don't know how to deliver the letter anonymously and I'm not sure i can attach a small evidence in the letter

Hi NL,
There's a big government secondary school behind my house and since I'm living upstairs i usually see some of their classrooms.
After close of school some students usually stay behind late until most people have gone, then they will start making romance.
It has happened several times and I do watch them straight from my window. I only thought it's just kissing and rocking but I have seeing them having real sex too. The painful part is that they do it regularly and it's annoying.

I decided to record them but I'm confused whether to report them or not.
I pity the girls because they don't know the risk involved.

Also, if nothing is done, it will continue and even get worst.

I don't want the students expelled either, i just want the school to put measures to prevent such from happening.

Lastly how do i report them anonymously because I don't want to get involved o. I also don't want their pics leaked online because not everyone can bear the shame, some people can commit suicide.
