Obiagu1: Minority 46% of Lagos population is clearly the majority in a country of so many ethnic groups. then the pdp person that won SHOULD BE IGBO NOT YORUBA or i dey lie since u are majority then rule a ward in lagos then I VOTED FOR PDP IN THE STATE LEVEL AND VOTED FOR BUHARI IN FEDRAL |

naijaking1: Why didn't this silly old man warn Ciroma and his "northern generals" when he was threatening the president? You better be objective and answer the simple question. Why didn't Munguno warm Ciroma to be honest he did not talk about ciroma because he knew no one will listen to him, as i said earlier where is ciroma today in the north. but as you can see, ohaneze is ative and telling igbos everywhere to vote for jonathan there effect is even evident here on NL, isn't it |

ACF told every political party to yield a northern candidate for presidency. Where was Ali Monguno when this was happening? ACF isn't a poltical group at all,at least so-they-say. Anyway, 1 man 1 vote. Yp up Goodluck!
stop lying u , , |

naijaking1: Very interesting call by Munguno. Where was he when Ciroma was pounding his fist on the table, conspiring against GEJ on behalf of northern interest. Where was he? These senile old men who rode to glory in Nigerian politics on the back Igbos are surely unable to read the changes and the handwrittings on the wall. where is ciroma today in the north did the northern youths and northern leaders not warn ciroma when ciroma said he will march 1 million northerners to abuja,.,.,, ,.,. well was he able to even organise 10000 apart from his thugs so please be objective here as we have been |

bashr4: why is that? does his father own nigeria? hate it or love it zoning will return 2015 the north will complete their tenure and 2019 the igbo will start theirs. just to let you people know afam4eva: So, no be 2015 again. I dey laff. make i join u laff nusdog: What about Sambo in 2015, I thought your folks wanted to field him?
Does it mean the North is gradually being relegated in Nigerian politics? we do not care about sambo, all we want is development for the nation we are not ethnocentric like southerners Dede1: He will win in southwest geopolitical zone if he survived ACN presidential primary. Last I check though, southwest geopolitical zone does not constitute Nigeria. funny post, yaradua, MKO Shagari among others have won without the SE so, so long has NC, NW, NE and SW vote i am cool with that buhari is about to do the same today bashr4: if zoning returns yes we will wait till 2019 , do you have a problem with that? we are the ones waiting not you . its better to strike a deal with northerners than you tribalist westerners that are always scheming and ploting how to bring others down. ZONING IS DEAD juman: @Poster let deal with what we have in our hand now.
Vote Jonathan/Sambo team tomorrow. you are joking right i vote for integrity which is Buhari doublekay: @ poster do you mean president of oduduwa peoples congress, because that is the highest he can acheive even till 2035 ok we shall see i do not care about odudua but Nigeria |

recoome: This man is a silly & shameless pig, Nigeria has not yet been able to recover from the cultism which he pioneered in universities and is now ravaging the entire system, yet he has the nerves to comment on national issues, he should tell us how to solve the cultism problem before commenting on the nation, it's only in a country like ours that criminals are left to roam the streets with freedom, when he should be rotting im kirikiri with that his irritating beard ! mumu this man is more respected than jonathan all over the world take it or leave it |

bashr4: is that not what you are doing in the north ? jumping into fire when you are told to do so , killing pregnant women and children when you are told to do so,why should we be any different or dont you want us to be united and speak with one voice again? who told u we follow our elites like mumu's we in the north are wiser now, we would not follow anybody like be it even the shehu or sultan when ciroma was fighting against jonathan, who fought against ciroma back, was it southerners or northerners even ciroma knew he had lost his power from the moment he fought against jonathan because he was from the south so do not see the reason for southerners not to do the same(fight corruption) since they even more democratic in nature |

Onlytruth: At this stage, after being confident that Jonathan would win this election, let me congratulate Ndigbo for speaking LOUDLY with ONE VOICE, and pray that we continue in the future. After the results of this presidential elections are announced, I will begin a campaign here to recruit a Nigerian of Igbo extraction to vie for the Nigerian presidency in 2015 (if Jonathan is not going for another term) or 2019 (if Jonathan will go for another term). Either way, our quest for Nigerian presidency after Jonathan begins on Monday. ok we shall see if he wins or not |

Onlytruth: @topic
I have to say that the OP is onto something, even if his intentions are malicious. I have been an advocate of Igbos speaking with one voice. That is part of why I support Jonathan. The day Ohanaeze Ndigbo pronounced support for him was the day I buried my support for other candidates. End of story.
I always tell my people Ndigbo that sometimes it pays more to follow "foolishly" than insist on personal positions "wisely" Politics is not logic all the time. Most times -even more so in Nigeria- it is illogical, and almost makes sense when you see that you have gotten what you want in Nigeria; eg development, peace, justice, etc.
So, yes! We should learn to speak with one voice, and we have recorded a HUGE step forward with our current support for Jonathan.
]If you don't know how to sacrifice for others, YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW HOW TO SACRIFICE FOR YOURSELF. (another onlytruth quotable quote ). @bold shame on you, so you do not have a mind of your own so you do not have a conscience, if ohaneze says jump into fire, would you jump |
