The major challenge i see with this form of architecture is the logistics of moving the shipping containers around... on site, aswell as to Site

Oh, that'll definitely be supported by the top of the lower container and the base of the upper container. I don't see another way around it.
The floors and walls are finished with various cladding materials

I believe it'll largely depend on the quality of finish, the chosen design, and the logistics at the disposal of the fabricating company.
Single level design with the same number of bedrooms, in an area where containers are easily moved to site might cost considerably less.

Oga you did not answer #6 question, please get us the full details on that question. If this design is proving to be safe and affordable, this model will be a game changer. Don't be suppressed, 5000-6000sqm of land in middle of nowhere will be spring up to be mini towns.

I saw a stair in one of the interior, what is the slab made of & what supports it? The foundation is also another issue....Unless H steel beams are gonna be planted in some corners, if not i fear for the durability & see it as a temporary structure....

It's not a slab Sir, the framework is metal.
I believe it was welded to the body.

This is ingenuity at its peak,replicating this structure in a 5000 square metres land area would be a sight to behold.

My reservations on the workability/acceptability are summarised below, and would appreciate co structured response on how to solve the following shortfalls I envisage on this project.

1.Security, how secure is the structure from outside intrusion- Awon boys!
2.Town planing approval / documentation
3.Safetty from rain and lightning (thunder storm)
4.Ventilation
5.Electrical wiring & safety standards
6.How many bedroom is the structure on the pictures and an estimated price range or spend required for this project

1. I Believe it is easier to breach a brick and mortar wall than a shipping container.
A few blows from a sledge hammer will give you easy acess to a brick and mortar wall, but you need some serious equipme to easily cut through this.

3. I'm not sure what you mean by Safety from Rain, but with regards to lightning strikes, If sensitive equipment on telecom towers that are 99% metal with heights in tens of metres can be protected from Lightning strikes.....

4. Ventilation? ? That structure is superbly ventilated. Part of the beauty of metal is the ease of adaptability. you can cut openings as large or little as you like. In whatever shape or form, In any location. You can weld and create all sorts of burglar bars and attachments.look at those stairs for instance

5. Nothing special about this case, it's even more convenient and faster to wire a structure like this. It also poses less fire risks because of the materials used. Fire won't spread easily.
But note the use of the right kind of wire..... multicore flexible cables ( which have extra pvc sheating on top of the pvc insulation) as opposed to single core cables which have only pvc insulation. That way you do not run the risk of cable insulation getting bruised or peeling off and exposing the bare conductor to contact with any part of the metal body.

Any help would be appreciated. I received a list of electrical supplies to purchase, it contains "Nos" on most of the item. Like (Nos 15A socket) or (Nos water heater switch). Is this a brand or requirement?

It's a description of quantity for item in question.

"Nos" is an abbreviation for " Numbers" .

It is akin to saying "pieces of"

Forget about the Nos. It should be a certain quantity, so they have to count how many you need. Its not a brand name but the type of item you need. Contact Allcopacetic herw for his catalog for "what you see, is what you get". Get familiar with the item before your electrician get you banktrupt.
