The scope of clearance sales is originally not targeted at garage sales or home items but store items selling at cheaper rates in order to give way to new stocks. In most cases, the sales cut off some percentage, say 15, 20 or even 50%. The concept is grossly substituted for home items selling overused items.

Going by the this, the other part of your post is irrelevant. The person your resident King quoted listed a Hisense 1.5 HP of over 130k for 75k but it is not enough, if he doesn't sell for 40k, he has offended the poor of the thread.

Some buys something for 300k and puts it up for sale after few months for 100k but you think you are street smart and ask him to sell to you for 50k because it is clearance sales. That's foolishness.

This same horrible mindset is why most have fallen victim of targeted fraud on this particular threads.[/s]
