aywhy93: Well said! Exactly my thoughts! And to even think .si is way cheaper than .ai, so it's easier for those wealthy domainers to go haywire on their accumulation of .si. On the good side, those who think they have a chance with .si can at least invest $100 and have a couple of .si (if they can get meaningful names), that's not even up to the standard acquisition cost of .ai for 1 year. All in all, .com is still the KING. Congrats on your sale!!!
On another note, I got a sale just now. I don't even know if I should be happy or not, cuz I feel like I left a lot of money on the table, though I still sold it for XXXX; conversely, I got the domain for free ($0). I'll talk about it when I'm back; I wanna go meditate and get some fresh air!
I left it on Dynadot and listed it on their marketplace. I priced it low because I found out I was in trademark territory, and the .ai version was priced too cheaply.
I'm only just seeing the sale now. First sale on the platform.
aywhy93: Thanks a lot bro! I don't really consider views. I mostly reduce the price when I want some actions. I usually keep myself engaged (domain-wise) by buying names and building my portfolio, but when I'm not buying domains (e.g. spent whatever budget I have), I get bored, so I just reduce prices on some of the names. That way, I can get busy buying names again if anyone sells.
On this particular name, tbh, I wasn't keeping an eye on it until the offer came in. It's not in my top 50 most viewed domains, but during the offer/negotiations stage, the views increased a lot.
aywhy93: Another Bangerrrrrr!!!PS: I typed this sale report a few days before the actual sale happened because I was so confident it was gonna happen
In my last sale report, I mentioned that I get sales whenever I reduce the prices on my domains. Well, that's still the case here. This domain is also one of those domains that I slashed the price on. It was initially listed for a high XXXX, but I reduced it to $4999. About one week ago, the buyer reached out via an Afternic Broker with a $3750 offer. Well, before responding, I started digging deep to find out who the buyer is, so I was able to narrow my guess down to 2 possible buyers (I'm very convinced I know the exact buyer sha )... One of them is a new company, and I noticed they are presently spending some money; they recently acquired a new office in downtown Vancouver (One of the most expensive cities in North America - Not cheap!). They are also hiring new employees (Some of their job listings are over $100k/yr), so I figured they are not small inside this world . The other potential buyer also looks capable; both of them are on the other registered TLDs.
After gathering enough information, I countered their offer with $ 4,750, but set the floor at $ 4,500. They didn't even stress me too much; they just accepted the $4500 straight up. Funny enough, if the domain was still priced at high XXXX, I have a feeling they would still buy it, but the price reduction just made the purchase happen sooner. Well, there you have it, my biggest sale so far in this game. My first sale only happened in March, and it's the 4th one already, all for XXXX.... I'm thrilled and grateful! At the moment, the goal is to have a minimum of one sale every month, and I'm actively working towards that. On to the next one!!!

That boy is simply a misled minor and deserves a rehabilitation and not death, haba. He's 15 for Pete's sake!
MrEar: There is a little debate going on online, on whether the young boy's death was necessary.
First of all, if you live by the sword, be prepared to 💀 by the sword.
Secondly, from the news article, 🧐
It is clear that there is no innocence anymore in this boy. If he grows up, with the amout of violence and bloodshed he has seen and participated in, he will become a 😈
This goes to show why sometimes, in the Bible, God ordered the nation of Israel to kill Men, Women and Children in pagan nations that performed human sacrifice and when the nation of Israel committed the same offense (human sacrifice), God used same pagan nations to attack them and kill their Men, Women and Children as well.
If a child from a young age has been trained to witness bloodshed, violence, human sacrifice, as was come in bible times, there is no innocence in that child anymore.
The movie Apocalypto, did a perfect job in silently letting us know this.
So the delivery rate is ok then since you've gotten decent results from them? Was having doubts because some use to say that custom email addresses often land in spam. Thank you chief.
Please how does the spacemail work? Kindly give us the step by step process to try it out. God bless you Thank you chief.
iykepromotions: Using Ai bot to draft sales letter is advisable in this Ai era. You can just prompt it on what you want and it does the work for you. Note, the shorter template the better. Include price and purchasing Link.
Many versions like grok, chatgpt and many more. I still prefer the Spacemail inbuilt email crafter. Have gotten lot of decent results.
“Cows Are Used for Money Laundering!” — VDM Says at the NBA Annual General Conference.
VeryDarkMan (VDM) has sparked controversy at the NBA Annual General Conference with a series of explosive claims about insecurity, politics and Nigeria’s security system. He alleged that cows are being used as a channel for money laundering in Nigeria, while also questioning who truly benefits from the country’s prolonged insecurity.
In his remarks, VDM argued that insecurity has become intertwined with politics and claimed that government officials, security agencies and senior military officers benefit from the crisis.
aywhy93: I reduced the prices on some of my domains a few days ago, then boom, I woke up to this sale. It was initially priced at $2k, then I reduced it to $1499. I notice every time I initiate a price adjustment, I usually get a sale (happened back-to-back now). Maybe that's a sign I should start pricing my domains better - I'll start having a bucket for my low-priced, average-priced, and high-priced domains.
Name: InvoiceProcessor (.com) Sale Price: $1499 Sale Venue: Afternic Purchase Price: $5 on Z .com + $11 transfer to UD Hold Time: 15 months Sale Type: Inbound
Thank God. Please 🙏 could you kindly put up the steps to steps on how you did it? Abi make I come DM? Been sceptical about registering domain names there simply for that very reason. Thank God there's a way out now. Thanks again and congrats in advance. God's blessings.
Thanks for sharing. Please keep experimenting. And please kindly Let us know when you resolve it.
Oshiofe: after chatting with the wix customer service they gave me a solution on how to go about it at afternic. I used the instructions at Spaceship sellerhub. It worked because my domain doesn't show wix lander anymore, also on my Spaceship dashboard it was conected and listed successfully. the problem is that it still doesn't show up the Spaceship lander. what it displays is " this site can't provide a secured connection" when visited. You can have a look by yourself (DelawareTruckSales//com). Although I haven't tried it on afternic.See the instructions below.
