Are you aware that UN divided Palestinian land and gave Israel half,the division is from half of Jerusalem,from northern Israel today upto the half of Jerusalem were given to Israel and recognized by UN as Israel, now anything beyond that occupied by Israel is regarded as been under Israeli occupation and still regarded as Palestine.

Now those areas occupied by Israel, Israel has no right to self defence in those places while still occupying them says UN

an occupying force must conduct an election (extend there law on the occupied).

Example what is going on in the golan height is different from the palestinians stuff, israel imposed their laws on the golan height few years ago.
