In Hebrews 10:25 we are admonished not to forsake the gathering of one another. Church is compulsory for every Christian. Checkout what Jesus was constantly doing from childhood. He was always at the synagogue. His disciples after the Pentecost, were always at the church praying and ministering to one another.
Don't mind the end time Churches we have these days. Don't go for miracles, go for the word, a Church that lays emphasis on the word of God. God bless you.

She's right, the money is enough to start a business without renting a shop. I don't know about other states but in Lagos, neighbourhood shops now go between 8-10k per month. Shops in busy areas, bus-stops and market places go for much higher and most landlords ask for 2 years rent upfront. The spending won't be on rent alone, she'll need to furnish the shop with chair, table, counters, shelves etc and make it look attractive to customers. She's only telling you the reality of things but you're here poverty shaming her. You strike me as the toxic abusive husband who will treat your wife like you're doing her a favour by marrying her. How I wish she can open her eyes and see how better she'll be far away from you.
