Yes, you can. Just check the requirements for your desired course of study. In addition to degree, Some will require TOEFL, GRE and perhaps interview. They requirement varies depending on the school and course.

In my case, I submitted TOEFL and Gre along with my application, and I did an interview.

I want ask say can I get a scholarship with cgpa of 3.32 out of 5.00 in accounting with associate and graduate member certificate in management of the Nigerian institute of Management.

Do I need to write any English language test and the GMAT or GRE .

Thank you very much. The official acceptance letter sent to me already contains the value of the scholarship and stipend.

3200 TL per month is enough to sustain you as
a student, I think all you need is to show the prof
that you will have access to this money over your course of stay as a student in Turkey.
