I've checked your website, nice concept, I just have some questions to ask about your statement "eliminate the use of coarse aggregate"
1) Is this valid for all concrete mixes and what batching process is most adequate when using the product since most people use volume batching on site.
2) From the test results you presented, am seeing 3/8"stone which I know is coarse aggregate, is this the highest size that can be used.
3) Also, Have you done a comparative study on the use of the product against not using it for a certain volume of concrete in terms of cost, cause most Nigerians are particular about cost.

1. We have our concrete mixes like 1:2, 1:4 and 1:6 depending on the desired strength. Yes you can use volume batching for this I posted a video showing batching taking place at one of our sites.
2. 3/8" stone was introduced because a client in canada insisted he wanted to use it and that was what we tested. The 3/8" can also be used in places where you would have normally use big boulders like filling station floors. But in order to save costs we advise clients to just use sand or stone dust. ( the desired strength is not affected by this).
3. The removal of coarse Aggregates and reduction of steel which are the two most expensive materials in concrete would definitely go a long way in reducing the cost when compared to conventional concrete. I have attached a table showing what it costs to achieve different strengths using our products ( labour excluded).

yes of course it can be used for any type of concrete, the interesting thing about this concrete is that you don't require so much steel reinforcement when compared to conventional concrete. The thickness of your steel can be reduced from 12mm to 8mm.

Axion concrete waterproofing formula is a powerful molecular activator which replaces the water used to batch ready mix concrete the dry mix that must be used with this product does not contain any Aggregates except sand. It's superior strength is created from the natural chemical reaction between the Axion monomer, clay, limestone and natural salts found in Portland cement powder.

The Axion Tuffcrete is made up of the Tuffcrete powder and the Tuffcrete liquid polymer.
Tuffcrete Powder:
The Axion Tuffcrete Powder is added to the Portland cement to fortify it and enhance it's characteristics and it comes in 50kg bags.
Tuffcrete Polymer:
The Axion Tuffcrete Polymer is used to enhance the water for the concrete mix in a ratio of 1 litre of concentrated polymer to 300 litres of water to give you 300 litres of diluted polymer. When this diluted polymer is used for the concrete mix, it eliminates the use of coarse aggregate, increases the bonding force to encapsulate every molecule, thereby giving you a waterproof, fungi proof, more load bearing, flexible and light weight concrete that increases in strength yearly by 20%.

Generally polymer concrete has specific advantages over regular concrete
higher tensile strength
higher flexural strength
higher compressive strength
better adhesion to surfaces
Unfortunately traditional polymer concrete additives also have had specific disadvantages:
Too expensive for anything more than specialised application
High creep values
Susceptible to damage by UV
Typically synthetic and not environmentally friendly.

Axion waterproofing concentrates produces the same or better results than the number one polymer concrete, but does not have the traditional shortcomings in lifespan and cost. Axion Tuffcrete is not affected by UV radiation and it's the 1st environmental friendly organic liquid monomer which replaces the use of water when batching the concrete. It is the only mixing ingredient in the world that does not utilise Aggregates to make waterproof concrete.
The key Factor in minimising the deterioration of concrete is due to its ability to prevent water from penetrating and oxidizing rebar and steel mesh reinforcement.

Benefits:
1. No need for coarse Aggregates (gravel).

4.It has more flexibility than steel reinforced concrete
100% fireproof and fungi resistant which makes it adequate for ground tanks and below soil construction.
5.More load bearing capacity than conventional concrete, you can achieve 400 kg/Sq.cm to 2000kg/Sq.cm depending on the required specification.
6.The expansion and contraction rate is zero, therefore eliminating the need for expansion joints and distribution reinforcement when using it for large areas.
7.It with stands harsh conditions and it is not affected by oil or fuel spillage therefore making it adequate for fuel stations and fuel depots.
