Pay another visa fee for F1 and go for interview. That's the right way to go about it.

I know I have to do so, but am asking cos in the student visa Thread, they refused lots of F1 visas lately.

I want to know if there is a possibility they might cancel my B1 Visa if i didn't get the F1 Visa.

Please i need advice as my situation is as follows.

I got my B1B2 visa in July 2017 but have not used it till date.

been to Russia, Germany, UAE, Turkey, UK, South Africa, India and China.

but now i don,t plan to Visit the US as a tourist. but planning to apply for F1 Student Visa as I intend studying for my M.Sc.

The Question is:

If at the worse case scenario, they refuse me the F1 visa, would they revoke my B1 Visa?

or should I Visit the US, then come back and apply for the F1 Visa?
