FARM MANAGER WANTED
A reputable and growing agricultural enterprise is seeking a competent, experienced, and result-oriented Farm Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations.
2. Plan and manage crop and/or livestock production activities.
3. Supervise farm workers and ensure effective use of labour.
4. Monitor farm inputs, equipment, inventory, and general resources.
5. Maintain accurate records of farm activities, production, expenses, and yields.
6. Ensure proper maintenance of farm facilities, machinery, and equipment.
7. Implement good agricultural practices and appropriate farm management techniques.
8. Monitor productivity and recommend measures to improve efficiency and profitability.
9. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements :
1. Degree/HND in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Animal Science, Crop Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ relevant farm management experience.
3. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
4. Good knowledge of modern farming practices.
5. Ability to work independently and supervise farm staff effectively.
6. Must be hardworking, trustworthy, responsible, and passionate about agriculture.
7. Ability to prepare basic farm reports and manage farm records.
