Guess u applied for PR and not Student Visa. BossladyMo has expertise in the area of PR.

Now am thinking maybe d way they handle PR medicals differ from student medical and the Panel Doctor has detected abnormality in ur xray and want you to clear up once and for all.

It is good u emailed CO. Then go to the clinic and follow the Doctor's instruction. They sometimes know better as it is not their first experience. I bet they are under obligation to do what will favor u..trust me.
Now relax and go for the cultures.

Additional tests don't come up on your ehealth application, unless you declared a past illness when generating the health referral letter. But if you didn't, but it shows up on your x-ray or tests, they can still submit it. However, like in the case of TB, they will call you back to come get the sputum test pending the time you hear back from the MOC.

called CO no one picking my calls just the waiting gist and the cut off afterwards. I did test last week wed, called the hospital about what I see on my epanel page the nurses sound very rude the first time had to call again the mathron gave me a listening hear and since then they have been saying come for culture test. Ive always been the one calling they never called me once nor any email from co about culture test and my page still reads not submitted...thats the whole story

Well relax bro. Guess they want you to do everything at once. Just email your CO and let him know you can't make the 28 day timelimit as your panel doctor is putting you under 8weeks culture test.

aduktus no letter bro, everything is phone conversation between I and the hospital and the stand on the fact that they cant hit submit button until i do the culture test, says thats how the software is design. BTW i will go to the hospital today with a letter of undertaking that if i recieve a denial letter from embassy before the 8 weeks ends, the hospital must refund all the expenses starting from visa fee, lodgemment and the medicals plus any other damages. seems someone needs to be tough on them. Besides they treat us like we are looking for admission no respect at all.

Your First medical shld be submitted within 2/3days all things being equal irrespective of any medical finding. Did you ask them y they cldnt submit yet?Please monitor them n be sure it is submitted. Your CO or MOC is the only officer permitted to request for additional medical unless the rule has changed recently bcs your request letter shld bear a 28 day time limit and if no medical is submitted, CO will go ahead to make decision and of course u know already what such outcome will be..and if they insist they must complete all necessary procedures and you are sure it will go beyond 28days, pls notify your CO. I have read of somebody that was refused based on failure to report within 28 days.

Damn this people are manipulating things, they tole me it cant be submitted because of the new medical chest x ray required that there is no way it could be submitted. Why are these people full of lies. That the system is design in such a way that they cannot click submit button unless all the test on the page is done. CO gave me only 28 days the new test will take 8 weeks starting next week monday please i need advise.

Like I said earlier, TB issue wont negatively affect the outcome. Just the time! Just cooperate with ur panel doctor to follow the instructions of the MOC and u ll soon be cleared.Let us know d updates here so we can advise accordingly. cheers.

Yeah, called the hospital to go ahead and submit my medicals and if CO respond that i should go for TB test, then i would be left with no choice, Meanwhile my status still remian incomplete and i did the test since 18th of Nov. Please how long does it suppose take them to submit the test, thought its 2-5 days?

I had similar query but my cultures came negative.

If TB was queried in the case of ur friend, it would mean he was given health undertaken form to sign and this always come after the 8weeks culture with the current reg. They can't waive the 8weeks unless u are given option of CT scan which may not absolutely be diagnostic. In fact if detected to be positive after 8 weeks, you may be asked to do the 6months treatment before the 2nd culture procedure.
Just relax.I will advise u go and start on Monday to safe time. Don't wait for CO. In Abuja, such test is free. So u have got nothing to loose. U may be lucky to meet up with ur resumption date.
Have u been treated of TB before or been exposed to TB patient before?
preliminary tests for 3days may be done to determine your level of exposure to TB after which 8 weeks culture will be done.

Don't worry. Whether active or inactive TB, visa is hardly refused on this ground alone but time is usually consumed.

I just called the clinic now they said I should come for the 8weeks sputum test, meanwhile they've not submitted the my medical examinations, should I tell them I will wait for co to tell me or I should just go ahead and start on Monday. A friend who traveled 3yrs said he had same issue co sent email a form to fill that he will undergo d test in Aussie and he did when he got to Aussie no tb. So my concern is should I wait for them to submit and contact my co or I should safe time and go dp it on Monday? This is really bad school resumes 9th of feb

from their website 2-4 weeks.. heard someone got hers in 9 days, not sure 9 days is still in play as my waiting time has gotten to 10 days no single emial not even an acknowledgement mail. keeping fingers crossed. So its advisable to apply early

How do you track your visa aplication lodge in Nigeria, after few days of not recieving any acknowledgement email and no email from the embassy.

was thinking there would be a login details on the payment reciept from the teleperformance.

It means your medicals did not clear automatically due to some findings in the medical results especially xray that will now require their medical officer-MOC- to look into and now clear u before your CO can issue your visa. Depending on his findings, he may clear u right away or ask for additional tests to be done by you..and sometimes the test results may require upto 6-8weeks to be gathered..after which the results will be sent to the MOC for re-evaluation and if found satisfactory, medical will be cleared and visa granted. You may have to fill health undertakings too.

Just got the final culture test result yesterday and it was negative..so am good now!

if what you mean by legalizing my certificates is actually certifying your certificates as true copy, then u do not need to go to abuja for that. Locate a high court in your city and do it there at a token.

Another worrysome statement here "my medical was reffered and so waiting for the medical clearance" what does it mean fore a medical to be reffered?

Since you are applying under the SVP category, it's not important to submit an employment letter. At the time I applied, I submitted the following:

Certified copies of the following: Passport, CoE, Admission & Scholarship offer letters, BSc and MSc certs, Age Declaration from NPC (as my birth cert is no where to be found), IELTS (it was a compulsory admission requirement for me).

1-page statement of purpose.

Note: I emailed my polio vaccination cert (PVC) to them after I had already applied. It's better to include it at the time of application if you've got it.

Kind of fall in thesame shoe as yours, same grade, same course and have CoE already, no schorlarship and the admission is easy. For msc you'll fall under svp meaning no need for statement of account buh if your uncle SOA weigh no problem if not that is still no problem as you are covered with svp. University of canberra gave me admission straight and good responses from other schools attempted but i was cool with UC the tuition is cheaper compare to other schools.

once it is stated on your COE that OsHC is inclusive, you dont need to wait for the receipt. I dont really know much about canbera but it is desirable to be in city for jobs, if you are husler.

I've gotten my CoE, university of canberra to study master course work and will be applying for subclass visa 573... thanks to malkinburg he has been my info world all through the process. My CoE stated the OSCHC covered period, stated test of english others, satisfactory. Someone just called me up and dais i still need toefl/ielts this is unexpected and not prepared for. Any info from the house on this test of english and what are the necessary documents for svp as i will be going for application soonest with my wife. Thanks!
