Asides from he software issue which has been fixed by the recent update, the s7 has no issue and I'm telling u straight, the battery issue ias an outright lie as the s7 will take u for a day and four hours, prove me wrong.

The Battery issue was fixed but by the comments i read on GSM arena, some people haven't received the update and maybe the battery draining is also normal Samsung poor battery life. But the one which am trying to figure out is the "dead button issue" first i told him it might be a software issue but that didn't help after all i told him.

He upgraded from galaxy S4 and i was the one that advised him to go for the latest if he has the money, and now he is kinda blaming me for what is happening and the phone is just 3 weeks now. So that's why i rushed to Google to find solution but all to no avail, seriously if you can help me i will be really happy to fix it for him.

Seriously bro i must tell you the first Samsung product i used was galaxy s3 and i experienced the issue of failed camera and the volume rocker not durable. The phone was damn slow(1gb ram) that i had to sell it.

But the Galaxy s5 am using don't have any bit of fault or issues just the normal Samsung poor battery life till now, so I'm really surprised that galaxy s7(some) will be having this camera failed issue after like 4 years of having this issue on my s3.

Calm down, there's a lot of fake samsung products out there, before u buy something u should go to an authorised dealer. Bring your phone or your friend's phone to our office, we'll verify it for you, i am 98% sure you bought a fake s7. Sorry about that

Buahahaha i really good do understand why you are covering for Samsung okay, mind you it was bought from slot ng. And you are trying to tell me that slot ng do sell fake phones, bought my first Android which is galaxy s3 in 2012, LG g2 in 2013 and s5 are all fake. Hey i was the one that advised him to buy it from SLOT NG and all these phones except s3, am still using them till now without any fault.

Mind you this issue of dead button is seems to be everywhere unless one is lucky enough and also the failed camera issue. The update haven't done anything to rectify some of these problems and lastly please would be happy if you ask your co-workers if they know solutions to these problems especially the dead button on galaxy s7 thanks.

You work with Samsung right, Mr a friend bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 made in China By Samsung and is experiencing this dead button issue especially the volume button. Asked me if i can be able to figure out how on how to solve the problem but i couldn't, i went to GSM arena site and made a comment about it but still to no avail.

When i searched it online i saw several cases of people having this issue, some said after update it will solve the problem but hey the problem is still there. It works and stop working for a 30 seconds or a minute. So with the complaints i saw on GSM arena coupled with the one on my hand i came up to write an article about it. You are talking about update but you should know that this update isn't on all countries yet and if you can give me a reasonable solution on how to solve the dead button problem then i will be happy.

You know they just released an update to fix that yeah? When iphone 6 came ou it had some software issues too, Apple rolled out an update that fixed that. Your post is kinda late bro.

You think the update fixed the button issue problem, is still there but not on the Korea version.

Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are currently one of the best Android smartphone right now and with the brand name, many people are rushing to buy the two phones even right here in Nigeria in as much the cost of getting the two devices.

But as it is, Samsung galaxy s7 comes with some common problems which some users are complaining but i must say its just a minor issues before you get biased about the powerful smartphone right now.

Common Problems or Complaints Of Samsung Galaxy S7:

1# Battery Draining

It is still very surprising that Samsung still haven't rectify or solve this issue of battery draining on Samsung device and Galaxy S7 isn't left out with a poor battery life. Even when they(Samsung) said they will upgrade their battery life but still no one is experiencing the effect on galaxy S7. But if you want to improve the battery life on your galaxy, please turn off running apps that you don't need.

2# Camera Failed error

Some galaxy S7 users are complaining about Warning: Camera Failed but this case is very rare i must say and if are experiencing this error problem try and clear camera cache and force stop the camera.

3# Buttons Problems

Before buying Samsung Galaxy S7 please check the buttons on phone if they are working properly as some users are complaining about buttons on their S7 not working a times. Remember this happened to my galaxy s3 and some say it is a software issue while others say it is a hardware issue but very few users are experiencing this button issue problem.

4# Wi-Fi not working properly

Many owners of galaxy S7 reported painfully slow Wi-Fi speeds, interference from the Bluetooth radio, Gmail refusing to sync over Wi-Fi and various other wireless connection and performance issues. Maybe a software update will rectify this issue of WiFi not working properly on S7 device.

Overall i noticed that Samsung smartphones produced in Korea are very strong with less or no issues so maybe when going for one try and get the Korean version.
