My people, how does one find job openings in software companies? I saw an old post listing some companies but I'm not sure how I could even find openings in those places. Is there an equivalent of Monster.com or do I need to know someone in these places?

Additionally, anyone have ideas of what the salary scale is or could be for somone with 5+ years of experience from abroad looking to come back home?

Thanks.

Any idea on how much VSAT costs? You mentioned multilinks in Abuja. I've heard they are used in the Sagamu area. Are the data rates better in Abuja than in Sagamu?

Thanks.

Hello All -

Any suggestions on the best ISP provider in Ogun State? I am going to be located in the Sagamu area. I did some research on multilinks and their downstream speed is 153kbps. Is there anything better and still reliable or is this as good as it gets? If yes, at what cost? What about non-dialup type solutions where I wouldn't have to connect to one of these "fixed wireless" phones. Is there a true wireless solution that moves with me or if I go to Abuja, would I have to look for something new?

Do any of these solutions support the configuration of home networks (or am I dreaming at this point smiley).

Basically, I would like to know my options as I currently do not reside in Nigeria. Thoughts on what to look at/for will be appreciated.

Thanks.
