Good morning everyone, Please I have been experiencing a kind of bug on my redmi 5 plus for two days now, anything I turn off my phone and turn it back on, if I try inputting my pin, it doesn't respond, even when tried several times. So I have to keep inputting the pin until it eventually opens, kindly note that this doesn't happen when the phone is finally opened and I continue using the fingerprint. It usually brings an error, something something stopped, report and all that but I haven't been able to report it cause the phone usually closes back. What can I do about it please. |
