The truth is no one can tell you the exact figure for kdsg. Because even after effecting the new minimum wage(30k), many kdsg workers are yet to receive their last month salary.

So, the best you can get is an estimate. If you applied for entry level, just like myself, that is level 8 step 1, expect 50k. If they pay more than that, fine. But don't go putting your hopes on a high bar.

Success on the interviews. For those yet to face the panel, relax and do not panic. I met some people today who were visibly shaking, as if their necks were on the gallows. Nothing out of the ordinary happens there.

You might be asked some questions from your cb test just to confirm if you took it yourself. You might be asked some questions from your essay, like, summarise you essay, why do you want to work with kdsg? What impact do you think you would have if you are given an opportunity to be among kdsg workforce? Etc.

These are basic questions in any interview. So no need to fret. Dress like you would to an official interview, simple.

And dont forget to acknowledge God... If He brought us this far, He can take us Further.

Thanks @ obamartins , your initial post prompted me to start asking questions about amazon kindle publishing. And i discovered that its an amazing opportunity for those with writing skills (and even those without the skill but who understand outsourcing). Indeed there are many opportunities online, cept for ignorance, i should have gone far by now. Nevertheless, its never too late to turn.

I only wish i would have you as a mentor to put me through. The internet is indeed helpful ( youtube, blogs, vlogs, videos and all) but a human touch can be all the magic i need.

I am writing mine on Saturday. Please, I would like to find out the distribution of the questions asked. How many were Maths questions?
I just thought to share this with us, it could be useful to someone.
1. Don't spend more than 30 secs on a question.
2. Skip any question you are having trouble answering.
3. From what I have read, it seems the Maths questions are not more than 7 (not sure yet); so I would suggest you leave the maths questions until you have answered the English questions you are sure of.
4. After going through all the questions and answering the ones you can the first time, repeat the same process the second the time so as to answer those you have skipped but this time around attempt the Maths questions.
5. Repeat the same process over and over again until you have answered all the questions or your time is up. Don't spend much time on a particular question.

For those that have written, you can share with us how you did yours and also highlight some possible mistakes we could avoid. And if any other person has a possible suggestion lets share with each other. This is not the time to throw banters or begin to ask questions about the interviews or remunerations. The bridge now is the CBT, once we have all crossed it then we can discuss the interview and when we are employed then we can decide whether the condition is okay for us or not.

Rightly said. Please observe the points above, it will help. And yes in my case, the maths questions where 10 or thereabout. Trust The Holy Spirit to guide you and you are good to go. Also do not panic, keep a calculator next to you, and a notepad if possible. Theres nothing extra ordinary about the question. May God bless us all and grant us victory

My advice to those yet to write, please use your time wisely, skip the question you know you dont have an idea on how to start answering them. Answer the ones you can, then come back and attempt those one you skipped. If time wont permit, your can then guess click them.

All the scores people have been posting are all great scores. Is it safe to say the exam isnt that difficult? Or isit that only those that scored considerably high scores are posting?

When you have just 20mins to answer 30 questions, screenshot would be the last thing on your mind..

Indigent Job seekers that are Muslims and mostly from Kaduna North axis don't want to work in Kaduna South, Likewise Christian Indigent mostly from Kaduna South don't want to work in Kaduna North. Talk to trusted friends from Kaduna to shed more light about this if you don't believe this.

I understand you have been unfairly treated before, that does not mean same would happen this time. Denying the qualified did not start today, neither is it only peculiar to kaduna state. We all have stories to tell, some good and some bad. Please do not discourage others from your own experience. They are others that did not know anybody and still got favourable jobs. They are others that even paid but still did not get the job.

Some of my sisters applied for the primary school recruitment, some got, others did not. Bear in mind that they are all indigenes.

The salary might be small but better than nothing. Besides nothing stops you for applying for other jobs when you get this one.

I understand the pain of rejection. I have been there. But please, some of us are yet to take the test, don't kill the vibe just yet.
