We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to Parah BOT and members, assisting in daily office needs and managing our foundation general administrative activities.
>>Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, copying, managing twitter, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Perform data entry
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Run the foundation errands.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments for the BOT
- Answer and direct phone calls
