Yes, it works easily with a USB cable, thats the only way it works.

Am suspecting it's because the controller � is not the latest model, it's the old controller that needs an adapter to plug in a headphone jack, while the controller that came with the console is the later model that has an in built head phone jack

it doesn't matter if it the old one try connecting with wire go to settings devices and assesories update the controller firmware then try again see if it will work

Looking for Xbox online players in Nigeria to play games with.
I mostly play multiplayer games wether FPSs or co-op games.
Just got my BO4 downloaded and ready to fire it up.
Also play Battlefield Hardline, Battlefield 1, Black Ops 3, Diablo 3, Overwatch, Star wars BF 2, Borderlands the Pre-sequel, Bordelands 2, GTA 5 and Monster Hunter World.
