Our problems are not population or tribes... Blame the old school political elite..

I slightly disagree, the prevalent problem is ourselves... Our mentality, sentiments... before our leaders.

We vote them in, join cults to be used by them, hijack ballot boxes while their kids watch E! back in oyinbo land under a duvet.
We support them even when they rob us blindly under our noses...we hail them when they come home for salah/christmas, beg at their doors like almajiri, then curse when we enter ditch-holes on the road.
We forget that we voted them in... Starting from our legislators to our executives.. Patient Jonathan is going to run for office come 2019,solely for power to keep tabs on her loot,yet she will actually be a preferred candidate... Something is wrong with Nigeria.. FUNDAMENTALLY!

So until we learn... We can't blame no old men ruling us.

Death is a certainty! But how many of us knows what will actually kill us or when? Being a soldier narrows down the options which is quite scary but audacious.

Tempted to ask many questions but.....

Then you underestimate this forum! If he goes to the bank... They will either form ignorance or direct him to probates. So this forum is actually giving him the useful answer.

My dear,just visit the probate registry in your state high court.... That's their job. They will mandate the bank to give you your dad's money.... Them never born them.! It's a court action.

My brother sorry about the demise of ur mum...here is what to do...go to probate in a court they are in charge of death certificate...and declaration that you are the next of kin. Then with that u also go with a means of identification. With these, you can claim ur moms account...good luck bro

Op! Please follow this guy's advice and don't be desperate enough to start contacting this guys dropping their numbers, you don't even need a lawyer. Go to high court in the state you reside and ask for probate registry.... They will take care of these worries you have. Rip to Mum...
