Well I was not asked during AA interview, it was at Deliotte and what I told the interviewer was that a circle is a shape that has no beginning and has no end and then the interviewer said and, then I confuse but immediately I thought of defining it in relation to business as it is an organization so I immediately said it can be defined in relation to business as a continuity of innovation that in business one has to always come up with new ideas and never remain stagnant and I believe it was a good answer because I got called to the next stage. |
Too bad if you feel offended, you're sharing your views and so am I. Congratulations on your educational conquest. Life is a learning field and we learn from different people and different circumstances. I have attended quite a number of interviews and I am very familiar with question dynamics especially when it is graduate trainee position. I have been asked the question 'What is a Circle' at an interview with Deliotte. At that point I was wondering what concerns an Auditing firm with shapes. This is just saying so that in preparing for other interviews, one is better prepared but if you feel the questions are silly and you do not groom your mind in answering such questions you may miss other opportunities. I only take out time to respond to comments so that others can learn and are not misguided by negative views. |
Thanks to all the well wishers. My assessment at Atlantic Aviation went very well and I am very hopeful and I will continue to say that indeed Global Profilers is by far one of the best recruiting agencies I know and it is not because I got called. What many do not understand about recruitment processes is that it is an individual race. People get called in at different times so long as the position is still being filled. I have heard of cases where after months of completing a stage an individual is called for the next stage so if you have not been called and you have not gotten a rejection or unsuccessful letter, you still stand a chance of been called. These people know what they are doing and who they are looking for. @naijamark, I do not believe the questions you were asked are silly in any way. These kind of questions are unexpected questions that throws you off guard and I believe they are to test your critical reasoning and analytical mind moreover, it is a graduate trainee position, what do they expect that we would know about flying and aviation except what we have been able to google and crame. They obviously do not want la crame la pour kind of people but people with sound minds that can analyse the most seemingly ridiculous situations and questions and still come up with something sensible and intelligent. So sorry if that was too challenging for you, guess you are not the type they are looking for |
Please guys if you want to give others information, try to make it as genuine as you can even if you do not want to give much away since we all know that it is a competition between us. Inibro, I do not know "the people plenty wey you dey talk". I was asked to come in at 1:15pm and to be honest there were less than 20 people when I got there. Was told we were invited in batches. We were 10 in my batch and still met people from the previous batch so give or take the most anyone would see na just about 20 people. SMH if that na crowd to you plus the exercise was very organized. |
There are numbers to call in the invite sent. It is only the successful candidates that have been invited for assessment something about cut-off mark. It has nothing to do with your course of study, people wey do agriculture sef wey pass cut-off get invite |
