Getting into NLNG is super competitive! Like crazy he'll competitive. You will be in competition with some of the most intelligent people in Nigeria. For EH, heck you'd be competing with people who are even super experienced. So put your best foot forward and bring your A game. It's a wonderful place to work. Definitely the best Naija employer I worked with. But prepare to "fight" for it. There's a lot of talk about nepotism in the recruitment process. But I highly doubt that. Heck I vehemently dispute it. Hiring in NLNG is, in my opinion, based on merit. The company has not survived over 20years by hiring incompetent folks. that one nor mean say man-know-man no help some people, but if it did, these people were already competent and qualified to fill the role.

PS: You WORK HARD in NLNG o. Many people have some misconception that you just go in there and chill. Na lie. You work your but off as it's very super competitive inside
