Job Opening – Admin Assistant (Corpers Only)

We are searching for a smart, honest and dependable youth corper to serve as an admin assistant in a multi-disciplinary environment comprised of real estate and oil & gas activities. All disciplines are welcome to apply though engineers (specifically electrical or mechanical) are preferred. The opportunity for retainment after this service year is available and solely dependent on performance during the NYSC period.

We are looking for someone who is eager to take this year of service seriously and leverage the skills they will attain to jumpstart their career.

Responsibilities (Core)
• Act as the point of contact between the managers and internal/external clients as needed
• Accompany managers and provide support during client visits as needed
• Occasionally provide direct support to the CEO
• Liaise with our maintenance and instrumentation technicians
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
• Coordinate events as necessary
• Handle incoming calls and other communications
• Organize travel by booking accommodations and making reservations as required
• Aid with client reception as needed
• Assist in maintaining office (including the office kitchen) by managing the cleaners
• Perform general office clerk duties and errands including maintaining the filing system
• Maintain supply inventory

• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good clerical skills including typing, letter writing etc.
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Dependable and responsible
• Emotionally intelligent
• Analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude


Preferences: Resident on the Lagos Island

Salary: Negotiable
