Hello guys, i am new here in nairaland to learn some progaramming thing and to clear some confusion about programming.

I know some java and html code and want to learn more and more but first want some help from programmers that after complete the any programming language (i.e JAVA) how to create android applications (.apk) or apps for nokia? and how to run codes on mobiles ?
is there any kit or server need to run it?

also to make offline applications or games like calculator, calender, etc also need any server ?
