As at now,there's no deadline for it. But i'll advice you to pay fast,i mean 'fast' because names can be removed anytime.

You are welcome. There's nothing like acceptance fee in kwarapoly,don't let anyone deceive u. As for the hostel,it's compulsory to pay for it even though u don't want to stay in it. But u might later re-sell it to people who needs it if u wish,but it's always for a lesser amount.
