A Customer Service Officer is urgently needed at COTEK Integrated Technologies, Abuja. All interested candidates should forward their CVs within 2 weeks of this advert to cotekvacancies@gmail.com. Job Description-Areas of Responsibility: -Receive and manage all calls from customers or enquirers on product and services of Cotek Integrated Technologies. -Maintain up to date records of all customers of the company. -Call up new customers after 2 weeks of installation to ensure that services are appropriate and beneficial to the customer. -Report and log all complaint from clients and recommend ways to avoid such future complaints. -Schedule and Manage customer installation dates and trainings. -Collate and analyze log of complaints to measure quality and standard growth/decline rate. -Follow up calls to prospective clients and existing clients for other vehicles in their fleet. -Composure and dissemination of Monthly SMS greeting messages to all customers on updates on product and Tips on security in the Industry. -Ensure that all cars are entered into the Cotek Customer -Manager software and ensuring also that all vehicle status are updated daily. -Be able to view and retrieve vehicle report on behalf of call-in customer from the Vehicle Tracking Software. -Interview and confirmation of all CoTrac customers phone enquiry, to ensure that he/she is the authoritative contact person. -Maintenance and updates of the Company Website. -Prepare and give weekly reports to the Customer Service Manager on the customer service Department. -Other responsibilities as may be assigned to you by your immediate superior and the MD/CEO Requisites: -Experience of at least one year in customer service unit -Must be patient, courteous and have the ability to analyze and assess customer’s needs while performing quality management and time management. -IT literate. -Excellent written and communication skills -Proactive and able to work under little or no supervision -Good typing and multi-tasking skills -Excellent people skills -Responsible, organized and efficient. |
