I'll advice you take it to an engineer for proper check up.

The turns bkue screen and shut down during usage is kinda weird to me, it shut down without coming up or shut down and restart itself again?

These are things an engineer will like to know, observe before knowing where to start from.
Remember Alienware is not just any laptop.

Its shuts down but doesn't restart itself untill i boot it on back. And when i on it back it works normally,

The blue screen just flashes before it shuts down.

I read on alienware blogs and peeps were saying its overheating, but how can overheating occur doing regular coping and pasting files. undecided

(No be say i dey play game) and the system wasn't hot
