Crime › Re: Leaked DSS Memo Warns Of Planned Boko Haram Attack, Kidnapping Of Pastors, Distr by Amovingman(f): 9:14pm On Jul 29
iwaeda:
The warning was contained in an intelligence communication dated July 27, 2026, and addressed to the Brigade Commander of the 23 Armoured Brigade, Nigerian Army, Yola, Adamawa State.

Fresh fears have emerged in parts of Adamawa and Borno states following an intelligence alert by the Department of State Services (DSS) warning that Boko Haram terrorists are planning major operations in Michika and Askira Uba local government areas after the reported collapse of a ceasefire arrangement with the two state governments.

The warning was contained in an intelligence communication dated July 27, 2026, and addressed to the Brigade Commander of the 23 Armoured Brigade, Nigerian Army, Yola, Adamawa State.

The document, referenced 0.211/3827, was signed on behalf of the Adamawa State Director of Security by Ben Osifor.

According to the DSS, intelligence indicates that the insurgents intend to launch coordinated attacks in the affected areas.

The document stated: "Intelligence has revealed plans by Boko Haram terrorists to carry out major operations around Michika LGA, and Askira Uba LGA in Adamawa and Borno States, respectively to register the collapse of ceasefire agreement with the state governments."

The intelligence report warned that the terrorists were planning to abduct prominent government officials, traditional rulers, religious leaders and residents during the operations.

It said: "The terrorists planned to abduct high government officials, councilors, district heads, pastors and locals residing in the LGAs. Furthermore, the terrorist elements are targeting to kidnap district head of Michika alongside his son, who stays in his residence."

According to the DSS, the insurgents have already begun preparations for the planned attacks.

"Already, the terrorists have deployed surveillance team in preparation for the planned attack," the report added.

In response to the threat, the DSS urged the military and local security volunteers to strengthen security across the affected communities to prevent the attacks.

The agency advised: "In view therefore, it is advised that troops in collaboration with forest guards and hunters beef up security measures around the LGA, with a view to preventing the planned operations by the terrorists."

The intelligence report was forwarded to the Nigerian Army for its information and necessary action amid renewed concerns over Boko Haram activities in parts of the North-East.

Reaffirms Commitment To Police Reform, State Policing, And Inter-Agency Collaboration

Psalm 150:6 KJV‬
[6] Let every thing that hath breath Praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD

The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), today, 29th July, 2026 received the Commandant, management, directing staff, participants, and support staff of the National Defence College (NDC) on a courtesy visit to the Force Headquarters, Abuja, where discussions centred on police reform, state policing, command and coordination protocols, and other emerging internal security concerns, National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP can report.

The NDC delegation was led by its Commandant, Rear Admiral A. Ahmed, and included Major General K. E. Chigbu, Deputy Commandant/Director of Studies; Air Vice Marshal E. Owai, College Secretary; Prof. A. O. Ahmad, Provost, CSRS; Brigadier General G. Oyinlola; Brigadier General J. M. Chima; Commodore A. N. Umaru; Colonel M. Haribu; Colonel T. O. Samson; Colonel M. I. Ajibike; and Colonel A. A. Abdulhalim. Also on the delegation were police participants, including CP S. A. Afunluhi, DCP S. Yahaya, DCP O. O. Yusuf, and DCP I. B. Usang.

In his remarks, the Commandant informed the Inspector-General that the paper presented by the participants was the product of rigorous research undertaken entirely by Police officers at the College. He noted that faculty members only provided academic guidance and methodological direction, while the participants applied their knowledge, critical thinking, and professional experience to develop practical, innovative, and implementable strategic options. He added that the findings and recommendations would contribute meaningfully to the national conversation on police reform and strengthen the capacity of the Nigeria Police Force to address contemporary and emerging internal security challenges towards 2035.

The Inspector-General of Police described the study as timely and highly relevant to Nigeria’s evolving security landscape, commending the officers for its depth, scholarly quality, and practical value. He noted that the research would provide a strong foundation for shaping the framework for state policing, particularly through its sound methodology, comprehensive analysis of public concerns, and practical recommendations informed by comparative experiences from countries operating state police systems.

The Inspector-General of Police reiterates the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to strengthening institutional collaboration with the National Defence College and other strategic partners in furtherance of effective policing, internal security, and national development.

The pictures below are taken from the prestigious Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu University,(COOU) Igbariam in Anambra East LGA of Anambra State.

An institution built from the scratch by His Excellency Mr Peter Gregory Obi MON.

When he said he CLEARED THE GRASS of the school during his interview with channels television podcaster Seun Okinbaloye,

He meant he built the prestigious institution from the scratch by clearing the bushes on the site, bulldozing the stomps and grading before laying of foundation.

The school was established by the Anambra State government under the administration of Late Governor Chinwoke Mbadinuju.

The land for siting of the school remained a bushland till 2006 when His Excellency Mr Peter Gregory Obi cleared the land, built the actual permanent campus infrastructures from scratch.

His Excellency Mr Peter Gregory Obi's administration cleared the land, erected the perimeter fencing, and constructed the core campus buildings which includes--+++

Faculty Complex Buildings

Students Accomodations

Internal School Roads Network

Funding Injection

So this post is for the batidiots who are always in the business of asking that which school did his His Excellency Mr Peter Gregory Obi MON built during his days as the Anambra State governor,

And again this post is for those know the truth but chose to feed the gullible Nigerian masses with lies in order to sell their unsellable candidate.
