I agree with you. God only! He gave me wisdom to respond to every of their bogus requests. Did you know I was also asked to provide letter from each shareholder of my sponsor’s company? Means of identifications etc... plenty documents. Glory to God.

If not for God. My case officer contacted me for further documents twice. She even made requests for the same documents I already submitted. I give glory to God! I knew mine was gon be though, God took control everything step of the way.

For intended applicants, please everything about this process is as sanctioned by God, yet we as human have to put in so much efforts.

If you intend to apply anytime soon, I might not be a guru but I must tell you that this process took me two solid years. Infact I was cleared for visa by the UNE but I dropped it at the point when I was asked to write ielts instead of pte for them to forward my visa cos the Sch is an streamlined visa Sch. I got used to the oz immi website and found dt as a lawyer an LLM program might not add much value to me in the end. I immediately switched to my now preferred course of study which is not really related to my previous study in the plain sense of it. I remembered belonging to a lot of organizations such as the Red Cross and conferences I’ve attended in the past in human rights bc that’s my passion. I then wrote a very simple but convincing SOP. Convinced immi about my reason for a switch in career and it’s relationship with my previous study. I read the overview of my intended study and mastered everything about it on the internet, I made sure my choice course wasn’t popular in Nigeria and so wasn’t offered by most Uni in naija. I stated it in clear terms that I was returning to Nigeria to practice my new acquired skills and I tried to find a nexus with the recent unrest in naija(boko haram and herdsmen) issues.

My sponsor wasn’t my dad’s direct brother. He was just his cousin. God took control.

Oz want to be sure you genuinely want to study and not abscound.

I’ve just been refused... I’m really sad, after making me wait for this long... She could only refused me cause of my home ties, that I’m 28 and not married that my siblings are all married and they aren’t strong enough reason for me to come back.

That I’ve not rectify the reasons I was denied Canadian study permit twice and a UK visitors Visa, even after showing I was later granted the visa and went to the UK and back. Note; I supplied her my refusals details.

Applied 07 Nov 2017 Family application
Dept requested for reason for US refusal on 02 Feb 2018. I provided response 05 Feb 2018. I have been waiting for the grant ever since then n thanks to God Almighty.
Grant came in this evening for Self, Wifey n Son.
School already resumed for orientation week 19 Feb 2018. Classes start next Monday 26 Feb 2018
Seeking for extension for 2 weeks because of the delay in getting the visa.
Starting to plan my travel.
To those waiting, keep hope alive and continue to pray for the very best. You will get your grant IJN.

Food well packed i mean local stuff quite expensive, drivers license come with police clearance some places now ask for your countries police clearance if you are new. Power bank dont be like me and get lost without google map. Some money.. if u re going to work money for trainings.. in my opinion job first then car.. you can have the money aside”i said this cos you will be paying registration what will be ise wen u dont have a job”.. always say you have a car when asked tho.

I got a Student visa Refusal yesterday based on INSUFFICIENT FUND and that my mum cannot use all her pension money to fund my education because she is retired. I applied for msc Engineering. I regretted not using my hubby as my sponsor because is monthly income is very okay.I submitted a statement of acct worth 14m. .My agent is telling me to Re-fire my application for July intake using my hubby as sponsor. Please guys what should i do? HELP me. I have been down and confused on the next line of action.I Feel so bad. All opinion welcome. Thanks

Yes, reapply with your hubby as sponsor. That makes sense the reason for refusal is very clear.

For cheap and ok flight turkish would do, just that it takes 3days to arrive Australia. Where in Aussie are u headed?
