Pls how long does it take to get a decision after eligibility review has started? Mine has started for 3weeks now and no decision yet, is this a bad sign?

Biometric-September 28
Medicals passed-October 24th
Eligibility started- November

Hello everyone, I’m going to Washington DC in 2days,I’m flying in through Dulles airport for 3weeks, would be staying with my cousin, this is my second visit, do you think I might encounter any difficulties? Because I was taken for more screening the first time I visited which was last year June

Hi...please does anyone have any idea of how much the pay would be? What would the interview comprise of? And how many more steps are there before we are taken fully? Also are we part of those to bring in 2million naira or it's just for entry level?
