berem: I was at Ibadan on sunday for the second time. I didn't see so many brown roofs as speculated maybe because I didn't go into the main city. Outskirts of Ibadan has new buildings scattered everywhere without I sighting any rusty roofs. My destination was Old Ife road actually.
