socialmediaman: Lostchild regarding your health, if you haven’t already, I suggest you go for a thorough medical checkup, and repeat same at least once or twice every year even if you don’t feel sick. Our bodies always give us signs of what is about to happen, so try to get medical care when those signs show up. Some people in Nigeria wake up and go their normal businesses everyday not knowing they have health conditions like diabetes and and high blood pressure till they slump or get critically ill.
If you’re in your 30s or 40s with less daily activity, keep the carbs low and improve your daily exercise. Also stay well hydrated and watch where and what you eat to avoid food poisoning from food sellers due to poor hygiene. Avoid foods like white rice and simple carbohydrates that get easily processed and absorbed by your body. Eat vegetables and drastically moderate or eliminate sugar intake.
