Right now, finding job is the greatest challenge for me. I had finished my degree studies and I'm hunting a good job for my qualifications. But I fed up because they are asking experience for all jobs which I've applied.

It really depends on the jobs. If an employee wants to interact with customers then he should know all languages which are used in the country. If an overseas employee he should know that relevant language. So it matters according to the job.
