please how do I go about it and how do I go about the one already submitted to my school during registration?

Good Evening Nairalanders,
I made a tremendous mistake in my past and worst of all "a silly one" which might haunt me in Future, even risk jail term...
"will try to be brief!

Back in Sec.School i was the smallest in my Class '1999 whereas most of my colleagues were '96-97 Although I was so tall, you wouldn't think of me as '99..in order to avoid any feeling of alienation, i started using 97' in all school related activities(very stupid? yeah I know)... even got so used to it i had applied it on both Waec and Jamb... matter of fact the only certificate that says '99 are my "Original Birth Cert, Baptismal card and Pri-School cert. Finally got admitted and school requested for a Birth certificate (that's prolly when I realized my level of stupidity), to avoid any discrepancies leading to me spending another 1yr at home, I had to work another birth cert that says '97...

I'm in my 200Level.. problem now is 'I find it hard to sleep at night, especially when I get to read post on People whose career got ruined all because of this silly act, it freaks me the Hell out!

please I need Help...is there a way of rectifying this before it gets to my BSc.Cert?
