did anyone notice that when ROHR was explaining his reason for inviting new face one of the reason explained was mikel retirement that makes space for another mild-fielder ( joe aribo)
but nothing was said about IGHALO retirement

CC charlesemeka, safarigirl, chriskel, joebie, sir Andrew4444, TbabaRTYF and Icon4s Ighalo had retired Good to have new face aribo Let's see how he performs |

komekn: Wan Bissaka is probably the fastest Right W/B in the EPL. He brings to the game attacking prowess like nobody else and is technically gifted , tall and strong.
Then it's rare before you have a player who can also defend excellently and attack excellently at the same time.
Is he the best IMO a big. YES.
The comparison of Gana is food for thought not an inference on who is better. But you misconstrued the context and the meaning, mischievous football hooligan that you are LOL.
U too like trouble must everything be fight and negative assumption.
You matta to hard. Ogbeni fastest right back doesn't means he is better than all available options ,simple and clear |

TheGoodJoe: Yes. Renato is still 22 but he needs to get his head right and make the right moves. He should be thinking of dropping his wages and heading to Ajax. A place he will walk into the first team, have his game refined and then grow. Or look for a Spanish side known for keeping the ball. Sevilla currently looks a good direction.
Let us hope he finds his way at Lille but it would be sad if such talent is wasted due to mismanagement from greedy agents and managers. I think he will be a starter at Lille Will he start at Ajax ? He won't start at Sevilla |

TheGoodJoe: I still remain a huge fan of Renato Sanches. The young man is gracious on the ball and I feel he is under utilised. He needs a side that will allow him have a lot of touches. A side that plays possessive football. Then he will flourish. Wish him the best at Lille. There is still room for that sha because he is still 22 |

komekn: Unfortunately in modern football it's not enough to just sit deep and fefenf. You must very quickly move from defence to attack.
That's what gives you the edge and moves you up the ladder. This is something that Ndidi must learn and improve on. Football is highly competitive if you are not improving you are regressing.
Soon other small boy players will overtake you.
It should be noted with caution nobody really came in for Ndidi. That tell us something. We may hail him all we like but PSG decided to buy a near 30 years ago old DM. Did they not see Ndidi.
Aribo brings defensive battle ready but offensive capacity to the DM position.
Finally Aribo is very hungry if Ndidi is rested it will be good to see how he performs against Ukraine. You see why i always call you bias, i am sure if ndidi is UK brought up you will be singing praises So because PSG got gueye you think ndidi is not good enough, teams and coaches have their choices of players, psg didn't go for ndidi doesn't make him a bad player and mind you gana gueye is a cheaper option, you your self know this, you cant get ndidi for 29 million, thou i am not using that as an excuse Now let me educate you Manchester united got aaron wan bissaka , does that mean he is better than all available options? he is not even better than kieran tripper, i wont even mention more, when Liverpool got robertson from the championship , are they not other available options of left back in the epl that they skipped them to get Robertson Gana gueye is a good player but at age 22/23 which is ndidi age he was playing in a small french club Manchester united got a certain winger daniel james from swansea in the championship, are there not better wingers in the epl? or you want to say that they skipped wingers in the epl just as psg skipped ndidi right? Ogbeni komekn you self dey think before you yarn ooo |

charlesemeka85: you derive joy quoting someone out of context sometimes. i never said igbekeme should be invited to the super eagles anytime soon but didn't argue the fact that he is good.
he started strongly with zaragoza but had a long injury lay off which affected his performances later on. all i said is if he makes the leap to laliga and performs well rohr will definitely give him a chance to prove himself in the team My guy stop being emotional. |

charlesemeka85: esiti a ball holding midfielder? esiti is just like spurs victor wayama with slower pace. all brawl with no footballing intelligence and ndidi is miles ahead of him.
Bonke is a perpetual bench warmer at malmo ff while igbekeme is a good diminutive creative player. he is one midfielder i pray makes the leap to the laliga soon.
the problem in the super eagles midfield is not the lack of a dm but a cm who can initiate attack with ease, score goals and help defensively as well and the 2 who comes to mind judging by currently performances are aribo and ejaria.
i just pray ejaria sustains his present form. the lad is doing marvelously well in reading but the season is still very young You want igbekeme in the eagles right?
What makes you think he is better than the options we have?
Igbekeme is not even consistent but you want him in the eagles
I dey sure say if na another person talk this thing and you no be fan of the player you go talk down on the player
You see your life |

gamaliel9: Hum watching Ejaria and Aribo....the two seem to be at par..at best languid....not as skillful as Papilo who was more languid sef...Aribo and Ejaria lack resoluteness, combativeness or guile of a Papilo...
Just watch Joax Felix..the Portuguese at Vincente Calderon you will understand...
Ejaria and Aribo are rally average,we have to lower our expectations on them, enjoy their game... Okay but how many times have you watch joao felix play a competitive game in ATM shirt? Felix is a good player no doubt, but why cant we football fan just allow him play like 15 laliga games first? I just hope you are not judging by his preseason performance because that should not be taken serious. |
