Omokemesi:
HEARTY CONGRATULATIONS !                                                 I, OMOKEMESI, heartily rejoice with Prof Clement Uwemedimoh, the Management and the entire Staff of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, all Comandclem Patentees at home and abroad and all Nigerians                                                              on the august occasion of                                                              31st Anniversary of                                           The successful Production of the SAMPLE OF PROF CLEMENT UWEMEDIMO'S INVENTION OF ANTI CORROSIVE SPECIAL PAINT  through the International Paints for West Africa                    on 23rd June, 1980.                                                                      That was when IPWA, Owerri Branch, wrote  a letter to Comandclem, in which the paint manufacturer declared:                                                               "Your MOBIL BLUE is now ready for sample.  You are requested to place an order for number of gallons needed today. "                                                   i specially congratulate our role model, scientist and inventor, Prof Uwemedimoh, for the grace of God which keeps him alive to witness this day.                                                                 I pray that you will live long to enjoy the fruit of your labour and collect royalties from Mobil and other Companies that are benefiting from your invention, worldwide.                                         Furthermore, I pray that in spite of all odds, God will allow you and enable you implement all the programmes you have planned to liberate millions of suffering Nigerians and banish poverty from Nigeria. ~OMOKEMESI
My dear Omokemesi, IPWA's head office is on Oba Akran Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos. Please ask them whether they know anything about the letter that you are quoting. Also confirm from them whether they had an Owerri branch in 1980. Even now, IPWA does not have a branch office in Owerri. In any event, do you happen to be one of the marketers of the Patents?

obinna120:
when are we going back to court?that is my question now. any date yet?
Obinna for which case? Who made you to believe that there is an ongoing case between Comandclem and Mobil? If they tell you that there is such a case. Ask them for the suit number of the case and the name of the lawyer handling it. Final judgment was entered in Comandclem's case with Mobil. Ask them to furnish you with a copy of that judgment first.
Nairaland GeneralRe: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by anexxus(m): 3:21pm On Jun 23, 2011
I, Anexxus, heartily condole and sympathise congratulate with all innocent persons who paid money to become a beneficiary of the over 300 billion naira that was to be paid by Mobil to Comandclem. I hope that 'Prof' (who has never lectured in any Universityhuh) C. A, Uwemedimo, his family and friends will tell the truth to Nigerians or at least publish the FINAL JUDGMENT of the Federal High Court, Uyo which clearly reveals his claim to be dubious for Nigerians and the so called Patentees to review and know whether this is a scam or not.

God Bless Nigeria!
Nairaland GeneralRe: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by anexxus(m): 2:19pm On Jun 22, 2011
@bassette I am sure that you know I meant EFCC

@GODSAYES, what did i say? Have you read the Judgment of the Federal high Court, Uyo at all? What does it say? Please what then is the basis of your knowledge (or ignorance). If you have read the judgment before making the comments you made, then you are a religious fraudster.

@Nsiman please where was the final ruling on the matter?

@agboola22: BECAUSE OF YOUR THREAT, I HAVE NOW COME TO STAY ON THIS THREAD!!!

GODSAYES and agboola22 threats TO ME on this thread clearly shows that there is a syndicate operating to keep innocent patentees and people in the dark about the Commandclem matter.  Any innocent person WHO WANTS his/her money back or for someone to be held accountable for this monumental fraud should simply send a letter attaching photocopies of the documents in his possession  to EFCC. EFCC  offices in Lagos is located at No. 15A Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. Just send a letter addressed in an envelope to EFCC and there will act on it. All you need to say in that letter is that EFCC should investigate and the will act on it.  I wish you luck.
Nairaland GeneralRe: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by anexxus(m): 1:23pm On Jun 22, 2011
I just stumbled on this thread and am truly shocked that some Nigerians still do not realized that they were defrauded. Please, i implore they so called 'patentees' to simply read and anlayse the final judgment of the Federal High Court, Uyo that was delivered in 2009. The Court dismissed Comandclaim's case in its entirety and considered as utterly lacking in merit and substance. If you cannot understand the grammar find a lawyer to review the judgment for you. the lawyer may not charge you more than N3,000.00. What was fraudulent is for the promoters of Commandclem to opt to pay royalties to people on the basis of a non existing judgment or the disputed claim with Mobil. People, you should be writing to EFCCC by now to help in you in getting your money back.

Please, just head to the nearest Federal High Court in your state and ask the staff there to assist you to obtain the judgment of the federal high Court, Uyo in (FHC/UY/CS/47/2003) UWEMEDIMO AND COMMANDCLEM V MOBIL PRODUCING UNLIMITED. If you want your money back before the old man dies or before the company gets liquidated, stop all this nonsense posting and ACT NOW!

Abuja car dealers, always always unreasonable. Majority of Nigerians do not pick cash on the streets as Abuja Car dealers erroneuosly presume. Anyone looking for Honda EOD should check other threads for reasonable prices.
