Please does anyone else have new email address to send mails to for ppr to drop after getting bvl and our visa document details on the tracker? The once I have seen has not been answering us

Good morning!! Please what is the proper way to send email for people with bvl and visa details tourist visa. We are a family of 4 adults who applied together and got out bvls together and visa details on tracker so yesterday we sent an email with the format and emails shared here through the principal applicant email only her ppr came in yesterday, then we sent emails from our individual emails yesterday morning and night still nothing please we are severely troubled what could be the issue are we doing it right?

Please guys answer my question 😭

We share the exact same timeline except that our bvl came 19th of May and we are still expecting our ppr. Congratulations 🎊

Timeline
Applied: October 2
Biometrics Request: October 2
Biometrics Passed: October 14
BVL: April 29
Visa document updated: May 1 (I booked my flight that night)
PPR: May 22 (3:40pm)

Hello house, I just discovered this wonderful forum and it has been super helpful!! So my family and I applied for Canada visitor visa since October and recieved our bvl on 19th May within few hours our visitor visa document number, expiry date, issuing country etc was updated. I have been seeing people who got bvl send the email for ppr should I send on Tuesday or should we wait? Also how do I send for a family of 4 (we are adults)? Please any response will be deeply appreciated.
