When The Northerners were killing the Igbos; His Excellency Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu (Ikemaba Nnewi, Ezeigbo Gburugburu) make the declaration of Biafra, then followed by the Nigeria/Biafra Covol War. When He was confirmed very ill, they started the killing of the Igbos (that which led to the civil war) in the name of Boko Haram. When he died, they (Boko Haram) increased their rate of activities. The remains of the lady Biafran War Lord Rtd Gen. Odimegbu Chukwuemeka Ojukwu Arrived the country today from London via British Airline at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at about 4am and was driven straight to Owerri; the Imo state capital where the state Governor; Rochas Okorocha (OON), APGA National Chairman Sir Victor Umeh, the governor of Anambra state Mr. Peter Obi, Senator Uche Chukwumerije (Chairman Burial Committee) and other dignitories including the former governor of Imo state (Chief Achike Udenwa) paid tribute to the late Ikemba of Nnewi. The wife of the state governor; her excellency Nkechi Okorocha read out the Imo government tribute to the late Ikemba. Most of the governors of the federation all had their representatives and they all laid flower to the departed ICON. May his soul rest in peace. Imo is the foirst state where his corpse in the Golden Casket is to be delivered live amd the NTA and their counterpart in the radio section (FRCN) Covered the event.
