Hi fellow Nairalanders, I am trying to move to another flat in Ibadan but I have discovered that Ibadan estate agents are getting worse by the day!

A flat of just 230k is going for about 300k after the agents have added all kinds of imaginary fees and levies. It is simply unbeliveable.

Please can anyone either point me in the direction of an honest estate agent (I guess that is rare but definitely possible!) or simply a property owner with whom I can deal directly? I need a 3 bedroom flat in a decent area, borehole and fenced compound. Suggestions are also welcome. I currently live in Orogun (close to UI) and I favour that area due to the fairly good power supply.
