When next you get to the upload kiniko part, just upload one important document and move on. I had the same issue today trying to upload two documents, but I realized they documents can be presented when needed, so I uploaded one and continued

Try and use Opera mini to apply, most phone browsers, like my friends complained, can't access the link.
