Hello every one here. This is ann, a manufacture of battery layer chicken cage ,
i received many clients who want to buy the layer chicken cage for their farm. But they know little about that,
so ,i begin this topic ,hope this help the person know more about the battery layer chicken cage .
1 The quality:
This is the key point the buyer pay attent to, so i begin with this.
The cage life span is 8-30 years. Why this life span is so different?
Of course it depends how to you use, how to you maintain it or protect it.
But that is not the main reason .it is the surface treatment.
Mainly have three kind of surface:
Cold galvanization,or named electric galvanization, it is economic one ,
but will rust in humid weather as times go. Life span 8-12 years.
Hot dip galvanization. Anti rust.quality one ,Life span 20 years.
Pvc coated. This type there are three kinds of quality too.
One is the cage is black before the pvc, one is cold galvanized before pvc coated,
one is hot dip galvanized then pvc coated. ---the one ,the cage life span can be 25-30 years.

The size :
1. 1.88m long , one set can hold 96 birds
2.0m long ,one set can hold 120 birds
2.2m long . One set can hold 120 birds, but it have more space for each bird.
The above capacity is base one 3 tiers, if the cage is 4 tiers, it can hold more.


The type:
A type, or named battery type
H type

The tier:
The A type ，or the battery type, generally there are 3 tiers, 4 tiers, 5 tiers.
The H type: 3 tiers, 4 tiers, 5 tiers, 6 tiers,

More than 4 tiers, generally the cage is assembled with automatic system.

The fittings
One cage assemble all the fittings: mesh ,mesh which hold the eggs.
Frame which to support the cage, water pipe, water tank which distribute the water,
the food trough which hold the food, the nipple drink for chicken, the food cover ,
the pile and clip,connecting fittings and other necessary fittings .
This cage dose not need electricity if it is not automatic
If your birds up to more than 20000 birds, generally should use the automatic system.


How to buy and how long time
If you import from China, from you place the order to you you receive the goods,
it takes about 2 months .
