I don't know if it was just me but for the JFA the inclusivity?inclusion?/culture options were always "When you fly to a new country do you bother to learn about their culture" or something like that and i usually pick it as the third coz safety, hierarchy and teamwork i feel precedes that, Sometimes even the last choice if all the aforementioned get listed. Artsynatty: This pretty much sums it up. My questions were 100% in this line. Nothing much about safety, but you see that culture, teamwork and this particular one I saw a lot, "People can clearly understand what I write"? They just kept spawning them. |

I still doubt it is up to that number, people can randomly enter these groups even if they arent taking the test. Omo for the score reduction that is something i dont even want to hear nor discuss for having unanswered questions . I will disappear till you guys finish discussing that part Corporatehitman: @Anonby1,
Below are the poll results from 2 of 4 existing whatsapp groups that were created for the process. Each group has at least 1,000 members. I understand that some members will belong to at least 2 groups.

I think regardless of how it goes like @airsaylongcome said "a bird in hand is the only bird" all the way till the offer lands 5igar: Omo! Be like say me sef go focus on my current job o. Which kind assessment be this? Ha! |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Anonby1: 10:29am On Feb 15 |
That is so true "a bird in hand is the only bird". i did something similar after writing mine, i just called my friend in hustle and was like to afa any deal at hand coz omo . but what is that "KORO" sir if i may ask, truly its war atp na to just position yourself better for better things in case you miss out on this so it doesn't linger as a regret that is my mindset for now airsaylongcome: I get the "be a good person" perspective o....but naaaah me I don't buy that. This is a dog-eat-dog competition with upside that will change your life completely. Succeed through the entire process and you will suddenly realise that you actually have an account officer/manager at your bank. You will suddenly get to know that Murtala Mohammed Airport in Lagos and Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport in Abuja have "kọrọ" that you don't know about. That you can be escorted by heavily armed Naval gunboats while thinking you are on a cosy bus or train.
Naaaah. This recruitment is "war". And I am NOT giving my competition any edge. I don't hate the competition o, but I will put my interest first. I also completely get the side of those who just want high level knowledge of the exam. Not necessarily looking for the exact questions or expo. And I'm not criticising or putting them down. By all means look for whatever will give you an edge, but they shouldn't criticise anyone who has written and refuses to "share". When they write the exam, they will understand.
Someone here said after the exam, they opened their laptop and decided to take their current job seriously and I legit bursted out laughing reading it. I could relate because I did the exact same thing. Getting a success email in the process can leave you jaded, thinking "I gat this". You no gat anything o! Do your best on the exams but hold your current job well. They say a bird in hand is better than two in the bush. I don't agree with that, a bird in hand is the only bird |

You have to, i do not think it will let you skip to the next question. Just fumble it and go Pedrii22: Is it not better to attempt answering even if it's wrong than skipping? |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Anonby1: 4:05pm On Feb 14 |
People always view it from a myopic lens of you have to be a good or be the better person all the time which is nuts, a lot of times the real world doesn't work like that lol. You'd be shocked how the same person will take a similar stance towards people that are yet to take the test airsaylongcome: I’d rather not share even that format. That adrenaline/tension you have because you don’t know the format is advantageous to me. You can loose two, maybe 5 seconds just verifying the format. Those 5 seconds mean lost time for one question, maybe two if you are very good. I am NOT giving my competition a head start to be two questions “ahead” of me before they even start their exam. Go inside and see the format yourself.
Many people here don’t understand that the success rate for this recruitment is less than 1%. And the returns on success at this is life changing. |

plus there's one particularly annoying question just skip it, you will know it when you see it. Nimora: Fair enough, everyone shares to their comfort level. And just to clarify, no one pressured him or anyone to share… people were only asking generally. It was not until he was like repeatedly saying the questions were everywhere that others started to ask for it. Thanks for the tip though. The advice you gave is helpful
Plus I wish everyone the best. Signing out! ☺️ |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Anonby1: 11:03am On Feb 14 |
Nimora: I understand your point, but I still believe everyone’s performance is personal. Sharing general insight doesn’t reduce anyone’s chances. Who is prepared will still stand out... trust they will. I don’t see preparation as giving competitors an advantage. At the end of the day, performance is individual. True, SHL is norm-referenced, so scores are compared. But knowing the format doesn’t change someone’s ability. Performance still determines ranking. What determines ranking is still speed, accuracy, and reasoning ability. PERIODT! General insight na to just practice from their practice assessment, it is unfair to expect him to just dish out info that might compromise him being selected especially since he feels he hasn't done to his expected capacity. What gave me the most trouble was solving as i was reading the questions this is probably the number one most important advice I can give anyone taking this test. Read the question then note general idea of how to solve what you are reading but don't start plotting till you read the entire question |

airsaylongcome: Forget those comments. I agitated for people who wrote before me to give “update” or “insight”. When I wrote my exam, I totally understood why they didn’t give any. The exam is ruthless and giving your competitors any kind of advantage over you is pure madness. No let anyone pressure you or allow the laughing and goading get to you. Shake it off like water off the back of a duck. Exactly, it's not like exams in school where everyone can pass and it will be alright. So it kind of is a given people will be iffy about giving others an edge |

I kinda might have fumbled the numericals part but for some reason i am not bitter about the test questions being leaked maybe because i had moved on since day one when i received my love letter but was subsequently reconsidered after those that passed wrote the first shl test. I am a firm believer of "nothing that is yours will pass you and what is not will never come by you", if it ends with this round then so be it if not then may we all meet in the promised land (BONNY!), Wish everyone of us success in our various predestined journeys |

Corporatehitman: I feel guilty, mean, and bitter. I think the reverse psychology and gaslighting may be working on me Abeg paste this "I have fully documented the happenings in this group (Cheating/Screenshots of actual test) which goes against and does not conform to our standards as potential GT's should not engage in such act and as such will be marking the participants in this group as do not recruit, Goodluck on your future endeavors. Thank you, and God bless. DO NOT CALL OR MESSAGE ME, PLEASE!" in the group make we laugh small |
