I have the same issue (different ADR though), submitted almost two months ago. I requested GCMS notes and it shows ADR has not been reviewed.
I pray we get our PPR/RFV very soon.

I submitted my application for PR over 8 months ago and I got ADR for IMM 5604 which I submitted over a month ago. I am yet to get FD
I am seeing even those that submitted this year getting ecopr and I am worried. How long does review of ADR take? I have ordered gcms notes but not gotten it yet
Is it normal for the application to take this long?

I got my GCMS note and last update was 1st of april meaning ADR has not really been worked on.
visa office is CPC-Ottawa. Is this normal please?

Mine was a PFL, it took 2 months after I replied before I got a feedback from them.
The feedback was "Ready for Visa"
Be patient and remain hopeful.
