Why not just cut it off through surgery? I heard it can be cut off surgically.

I cured mine with laser surgery just last week and I am feeling fine 95% already. Phobia and Nigerian mentality about surgery is what is stopping a lot of people

Herbs don’t work. Don’t stress yourself
Health / Laser Surgery Experience For Piles/hermorroids And Anal Fissure by AnonymousGhostX: 6:49am On Apr 14, 2022
Please be kind, I am sharing my personal story and experience just to help someone out there. This is for educational purposes only and I hope I help at least even 1 person suffering from this terrible condition. Would have done a video but I have learnt from how people take advantage of others social life shared publicly as a joke.

I had piles for about 5 years and was going through a lot of pain and discomfort. My piles also led to anal fissures which turned chronic and resulted in even more pain. I was constantly depressed and cried so many times helplessly. My social life was messed up and I literally was just tired

I used all the herbal medicines in existence from all parts of the country but nothing worked permanently. It only gave temporary relief to the condition which wasn’t sufficient for me. If you are reading this and have piles, then you must have tried herbal products with the promise of “it will vanish in 3 days” “this herb na confirm” “it is an inherited medicine” etc. Honestly some people even told me it’s spiritual and bla bla bla. All lies and an effect of the Nigerian mentality if you ask me because once I opted for surgery, I was already totally fine in just the first week.

Long story short. I discovered this technique called laser surgery but it wasn’t available in Nigeria so I did more research and discovered Laven clinic which was based in Dubai. I contacted them on WhatsApp and talked to them about their treatment and how much which they told me ranged between 7000-25000 dirhams. My treatment eventually cost 20000 dirhams due to the severity of my condition. Dirhams to naira is 160-170 naira depending on who u use for conversion

Here is my experience sha

Day 1: laser surgery took place at 10:30am and I was put on local Anastasia so I didn’t feel any pain but I was feeling something was happening. The doctor and nurse were talking to me all through so I don’t sleep off

After surgery, I was given some antibiotics through injection. I no go lie u, my eye turn small but I could walk after about 30 minutes but I couldn’t feel my anal area and d**k which was scary because I heard people that do surgery won’t be able to maintain an er*ction and have s*x

I saw the doctor and he prescribed some drugs and mild pain killers if any pain at all. Went home and slept for like 2 hours

Then I woke up and I was feeling fine but if I squat or make any sudden movements, I will feel some discomfort in my an*s. I trekked to a mall near my hotel and bought some stuff. Took taxi back home so I don’t stress myself too much

When I got home, I used the toilet 3 times on the first day and I was expecting crazy pain due to the videos I watched online about people experience with traditional hermorroidectomy but to be honest I didn’t feel any significant pain at all

I would say level 1 or 2 pain max on a 1-10 scale of pain. Laser surgery for piles and anal fissure definitely worth it in my opinion

Day 2: Anastasia has finally worn off and I could feel my an*s and woke up with an er*ction which was good for me lol. I continued sitz baths and a drug as prescribed but didn’t use any pain killers because I wasn’t even in pain but I noticed some swelling which the doctor actually told me might happen and I shouldn’t worry that it’s due to laser energy used during the surgery

Day 3 and 4: I noticed more swelling on Day 3 which reduced on Day 4 but I started to see some blood on the area which was operated. Doctor also said this is normal and I might see blood in stools too but I didn’t see any on stools throughout

Day 5 and 6: Swelling continued to reduce and the entire an*l area was taking shape back to its normal position. I went for follow up check up on Day 6 and Doctor did examination which he said I am recovering nicely and everything should be fine. Further said I am out of Danger and can even return to Nigeria but just continue the baths and taking stool softeners till the wound fully heals

Day 7: all good, literally no pain or discomfort

Day 8: all good, literally no pain or discomfort

Some other costs
Flights to and fro = 450k ( I recommend emirates airline)

1month Dubai visa for male below 35 = 185k . It comes out in just 3 days, I don’t want to recommend any agent except you specifically ask

Drugs and a test after surgery cost about 1000 dirhams in total which is like 160-170k

Hotel varies on where you are staying but it costs 100-150-200 dirhams per day which is like 16k-35k for 3 or 4 star hotel. Use booking.com to get cheap deals, it’s more expensive if you book at the actual hotel. 10 days is 160k or 350k

Food is 100 dirhams per day max if you no be glutton lol so like 16-17k daily

Taxi is 25-50 dirhams per trip. Try to book hotel close to the hospital

Pls ask any other questions you might have if you have this condition and I would be happy to respond and assist you as much as I can

This procedure is also done in Malaysia, India and turkey but I choose Laven clinic in Dubai because they are very professional and it’s easy to get Dubai visa with a reliable travel agent.
