pls can some one print out another acknowledgement form by correcting somtins. like me for example my course in jamb is different from my NDA course nd my choice of service I choose NA nd NAF as my first nd second respectively but on printing out my acknowledgement it was only NA nd my date of birth also it changes with a day need help pls.
