No Naira wasn't stable when GEJ was there as a matter of fact this fluctuation was initiated by GEJ's government, they couldn't handle it and they devalued naira to dollar from 157 to 197. If GEJ was still in power now he will devalue naira again thereby making naira one of the weakest currency in the word. In every economy your currency is your power, GEJ fuckkked it up big time.

And you are still blaming your ancestors? Well I am not supporting anyone but apc led government is filled with scammers and liars. Sorry sir, but soldiers are well trained to handle civil disobedience, civil unrest, even riot etc more than the police. The are well trained to know the difference between terror, war civil protest, riot and all crimes more than the police.
If burutai should tell Nigerians that after the first massacre, the only way to reach the shiite leader or even arrest him is to bring down hundreds of civilians then his experience as the coas needs to be questioned.
I think he needs to resign before further statement, but this is Africa. This is Nigeria, and he (or they) have got people like you who believes that every soldiers actions are justified. Why was sadaam hussein prosecuted? Or you think all those genocide he committed were no counter attacks?
