A report released resently has left a lot of people confused about what is truly happening between Russia and Ukraine.

Photo of a young Russian soldier who was said to have been captured by the Ukrainian forces is now trending online.

Details of the report released online claimed that the Russian soldier below said that he didn’t want to go to war or fight Ukraine but was forced to do so. Also, it was said that he sent an emotional message to his family stating that it was never his intention to go to war with Ukraine.

Many who find this very sad and emotional have reacted to the post.

An 18-year-old girl in Adamawa State has been caught trying to sell a boy she abducted.

The girl, Blessing John of Michika Local Government Area, has confessed to abducting 9-year-old Elkanah Samuel with the intention to sell him to a pre-arranged buyer.

Blessing, an applicant who hails from Unguwan Cashew along Michika General Hospital Road in Michika, said she abducted Elkanah from Michika with intention of selling him in Mubi, a major commercial town in the same northern Adamawa as Michika, so that she could buy a car and a house.

It was gathered that Elkanah was declared missing last week by his parents and all efforts to find him failed, until on the 21st February when Blessing John was found with him in Mubi.

The girl, a neighbour to Elkanah, was said to have concluded an arrangement with a buyer in Mubi that she would be bringing the boy to him. But as fate would have it, she called the man’s line on their arrival in Mubi but the line was not reachable.

Thereafter, she boarded a tricycle with the boy to Unguwan Kara in Mubi described to her by the man but she could not locate the house of the man.

It was said that she met a particular person and asked him whether he knew the man that she brought the boy to the man after he promised to her that he would buy.

The man was said to have immediately mobilised people and reported the matter to police operatives in Mubi who in turn sent a signal to Michika divisional police headquarters where the incident was confirmed.

When arrested and brought to Michika divisional headquarters with the boy, the girl confessed to abducting the boy with an intention of selling him.

Full of regrets, Blessing pleaded with the police to forgive her.

The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in Adamawa State, DSP Suleiman Nguroje, said the girl is being investigated after which she will be charged to court.

Miss Veronica Ubom, the current Miss health beauty ambassador, Wednesday, solicited access to free health care for girls and women.

Ubom told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja that free health care and accessories for women and girls would go a long way to better their lives.

“I want to see a system that will provide accessible, affordable, and reliable health care services for women.
I will use this platform to empower persons with disabilities, I will speak for the person with disabilities
“Pregnant women should not be made to pay for childbirth because life-giving is part of our humanity.

“As a youth ambassador, my vision is to empower girls and youths, in general, to live a healthy lifestyle and develop entrepreneurship skills,’’ she said.

Ubom said that her passion was to offer humanitarian services and educate young people on acquiring entrepreneurship skills.

“I intend to reach out to young girls who have no means of getting sanitary materials and I am already giving out free sanitary towels monthly to girls who cannot afford them.

“I plan to carry out a campaign in the Nigerian embassy in Ukraine during summer to sensitize girls and Nigerian youths living in Europe, equipped them with better knowledge on entrepreneurship.

NAN reports that Ubom was nominated Miss health beauty ambassador in December 2021.

A female shoplifter met her waterloo after she was caught stealing at an undisclosed boutique.

According to a video trending online, the young lady about 26 years old was caught in the act by a hidden surveillance camera inside the boutique.

As she was paraded by the shop owner, what caught the attention of many was the manners she hide the stollen cloth inside her customized underwear.

I think this was not the first time she has been shoplifting considering where she hide the stolen items.

Apparently, she went to her tailor to customize her underwear and create a large pocket that can store items inside.

As can be seen in the video which I will leave a link for you to watch, a total of about 10 stolen clothes were recovered from inside her underwear.

They say what a man can do, a woman can do better, this just proves the saying is true.

It’s very disappointing she could do such a thing, I mean what was she thinking?

Though the particular place where this incident occurred was not stated at the time of filing this report, according to speculations, it happened in an African country.

A suspected Yahoo boy and his friends were captured in a video celebrating their alleged scam money which is said to be one million dollars ($1, 000, 000). The video of the moment is now going viral online with different reactions to the alleged criminal boys.

The videotape which is suspected to be taken at midnight showed the young suspected Yahoo boy jubilating with his friends. As is it normal for most Yahoo boys, some bottles of drinks suspected to be expensive champagne were emptied in his head. He was not putting on any shirts alongside his friends.

One one the Yahoo boy was heard saying ” one million dollars in one night” as the celebration continued. Even a female voice is heard among them which suggests that they have female Yahoo among them or maybe they were just their girlfriends who were there during the time the fraudulent money dropped.

Meanwhile, some reactions have been trailing the video. Some Nigerians have reservations about the show-off by the suspected Yahoo boys.
