Flavour has done so much to promote ibo culture in his songs. Love the local setting. A beauty to behold. |
If the rule of law is uphold..there will be glimmer of hope for our nascent democracy.. thats a good way to nuture the ideals of our democratic system without undue influence. I hope such ideals will be nurtured to the end |
Haba! I dont know this michael jackson... thought the legendary wacko jacko had slept in peace. Anyway, congrats to him |
This sowore should grow and remove the garb of pretence. |
A political strategist attacks a blueprint if find otherwise elucidating in principle about his plans for the country. Attacking a person for offering a recipe and plans he have for a country, north in particular is petty, cheap politicking and grandstanding aim for cheap political gains. Referring Obi as repatriating the northerners during his time as governor of a state lacks common sense and inadmissible because as a chief security officer he is principally incharge of influx of people into his state to ensure it do not distort the security equilibrium moreso when security challenges are obvious. Obi did not tell you he dislikes the north and i wonder why you want to distort the facts. |
Giving PO more reason to be popular. A handshake gesture ordinarily which portrays humility and goodwill has now to a content. Atleast it will give the Apc and its sympathisers more reason to enjoy the weekend |
With a free and fair poll, i dont see tinubu winning a second term. The problem is that the ruling party has bastardized the inec institution and corrupt judiciary to elongate themselves on power |
No automatic ticket...hmm when actually the ground work have been laid to return them back as long as they offer their support for tinubu reelection next year. |
Why wont those who criticized tinubu in the past wont be given appointments when political office are allocated not by merit but party leanings. Once at Apc your sins are forgiven. |
Semenyo, lookman and osihmen all the way |
Touching as joy has suddenly turned to sorrow. You did not die in vain. Died for others to live. Rest in peace. |
I cannot fathom how a sane man in his right senses can despite the precarious security situation in the country today can think of posing with an army uniform of which he is not a member. This is insanity of the extreme |
Am from southern part of the country, let the truth be told Atiku/Obi alliance is the only platform to chase Apc out of power. Atiku will galvanise the northerners while Obi do the same in the south, and the storyi will change |
What of the north where also christians are core tribe....can they also make the eame submission. If they do so i will start taking them serious |
Rest in peace gallant. |
Obi's sin is his desperation to see a working nigeria which places people above parochial interests. In a saner clime opposition is seen as a viable alternative to good governance but here is a threat to the political class economic and political hegemony |
Not surprising though... even the level of iQ of my daughter at the kindegarten school in one of the south east school always marvel me as i often ponder how could she apply technicality in solving myriads of complex issues often reserved for adults. The tutors particularly in private and mission schools there lead them on base technicalities and life situations quiet early on life. |
Truly, i go with the earlier comment on this thread.. Atiku/Obi on the ballot box is a stronger alliance that will match the incumbency factor and petrol dollars of the ruling Apc. Anything short of that and we are still looking for a regime change..forget that |
The moment we move to era of production than consumption, thats when we are going to witness a rebirth of a new nation How can these borrowing translate to national growth, when key drivers of economic growth are missing. At this era we are still battling with instistutional decay, endemic corruption, security challenges and erratic power sector. The govt should look inwards and put its house in order. External interventions cannot drive economic growth when the country is fully weighed down with these key economic indices and security challenges. |
Sowore pls moderate your statements in the court of public opinion. Of what purpose would PO achieve by tenting crowd in far away kano where expectledly hold sway by kwakwanso political movement. Kwakwanso alliance with Obi are two big political actors with lots of followership everywhere. Are they renting crowd to impress who? |
After my critique of the matter, i strongly believe there are some business deal done btw her and umahi... probably something came up resulting not collecting her money before now...is that she was promised and not paid or amorous story gone wrong. Women are proven to be unstable overtime and are very easy to mislead, and not having any form of documentation on such a multi million deal is a red flag considering exploitative nature of many nigerian and are probably intended to chicken her out if things turn awry. She compounded her woes by retracting her earlier statement on such a highly sensitive matter no matter the pressure she faced and could have stood her ground and such could have swayed public emotions to her side and probably got what she is looking for. |
Anandoning a match of that magnitude aired globally with broadcast rights and football world watching is indeed a big shame. It is obvious some referee calls are questionable but they are many ways to register complaints as enshrined in their constitution acts than going the extreme of taking our football backward. I dont support the stripping of the title but if indeed the caf constitution stipulate punishment for such infraction obviously it will be difficult to manoeuvre over it. Banning them from participating in next edition could have been enough sanction to serve as derrerent for future experience. |
They should all forge a common front. Thats the only way the party will stand a chance. Personal tendecies will split the unity and defeat the aim of mounting a virile opposition and reduce their chances of performing well at the poll |
This country is not yet ready to solve its myriads of problems. Imagine the audacity..to make uncomplimentary demands in exchange for the seized men and the dead. I weep for this generation and yet we have a government |
Unfortunate scenario |
